Soooo here's questions that people constantly ask, or, have pm me about that may not been shown to the public eye.
For starters :
How old is Zy'keyiah ?
Welllllll, orignally . She was 15 years old & yes he was 22. And later on i got to thinking that... Regardless of how much of a thug he is. Somebody would've been told that she's basically a kid & he would have to file himself as a Sex offender. (even though that would've been a good plot, no )
Soooo I changed it to 16 & he was 20 (a only 4 year difference )

Did Zy'keyiah kill two people ?
Yesssss. She did.
Did Zy'keiyah kill those two people for King ?
No. She did that for safety. Jordan was only 3 at the time and she still felt like he was her responsibility.
How did Zy'keiyah make money ?
Basically her grandmother.
Why didn't she go stay with her grandmother?
She still cared for her mother, and in a weird way her mom still cared for her. You'll figure out why in the next book why she didn't. And why her grams never pressured her about staying with her.
