At 8:00 I had gymnastics. Wednesday was my finals and my chance to prove myself and get the gold. I started off on floors, then bars. I got lost in my mind on the tumble lane, and finally, The trampoline. My one true talent. I don't pay attention, I do my routeen over and over. I get my anger out this way, my revenge. Sophia and Sams avengance. I feel free. Before I know it it's closing time. 'Wow 10:00 already?'

I get into the car and am greeted by my mom. I check my phone once I'm in the car safe and secure. 6 texts from Emmette, Kaylee, and Amanda. 1 voicemail from; Dad. I answer the messages and listen to the voicemail, it's too late to call my dad back.

As soon as I got home I flopped down on bed and watched a Disney movie. When I wake up my laptop is away and I'm tucked in. I look at the time. 6:28 I sigh. I reach for my phone but am puzzled to find its not on its charger. My heart races, this is sad I know, but I soon feel it entwined with my feet. I pick it up and sit up, but I'm taken back by my puppy stretching from me waking her up. I smile and scratch her tummy.

I pick up my phone and scroll through my Facebook and Instagram 'liking' photos and statuses. I haven't got a phone call from Hershel lately, but I won't hold my breath. That's when I heard it. A knock on my door. Who is here at 7:15 in the morning? I remember my mom is at work. My heart is thumping and I'm afraid he's coming for me. I grab the first thing I can on my way to the door. I look in my hand. 'Great Savannah! A used spoon. Lets just hope he's like Liam Payne and is afraid of spoons. I tip toe over the door. '3....2....' I whisper to myself. I quickly throw the door open with my spoon raised above my head, ready to attack, adrenaline pumped up. A stroke of relief hits me when it just Emily.

"Dude! You gave me a heart attack!" I say.

"Wait, you thought your murderer was coming for you, and you were going to beat him.... With a spoon?" She laughs. I start laughing too, I guess it was kind of ridiculous, but it was a good idea at the time.

"Yes, now why are you here?" I ask letting her in and locking the door.

"Oh, my dad dropped me off on his way to work." She smiles as she makes herself breakfast. Damn, this girl has a pair.
