The turbo duel between Yusei and Trudge is taking an unexpected turn as Yusei heads straight for the dead end in front of him.
Trudge: "You'll never make it out of here, Yusei! Heh. Unless of course, you can drive thru walls."
Blister: "Duck!" Blister advises over the coms. Yusei does as he says.
Trudge: "Huh?"
The elevator door in front of Yusei burst open, allowing Yusei to go through and is now falling through the elevator shaft. Unfortunately, Trudge was close behind.
Trudge: [Laughter] "You certainly do know how to make an exit don't you? I just hope your LP's are packing a parachute! Because with speed counters I can now play the Speed Spell: Rapid Shotwing! And for each speed counter I have, my Striker gets 100 ATK's. Here goes. And that means that with my monster all amped up, I can finally get a little payback for when you ditched me in that trash tube back in the Satellite!" (ATK: 1600-2100) "That's right Yusei. You may have escaped from me in our last duel, but the power of my beasts are gonna have you back in the facility before you can make it to the bottom floor. Search Striker take out his LP's!" Search Striker aims and fires from both arms at Yusei.
(Yusei: LP: 3500-1400)
The impact of which caused Yusei to lose grip and was now desperately clinging onto his runner with one hand on the handle.
Trudge: [Laughs] "Looks like you're just hanging on! Now Pursuit Chaser, end this!" Pursuit Chaser takes aim and fires.
Yusei: [Gasp] Yusei reaches for one of his cards. "I...play my facedown! Confusion Chaff!"

Before Pursuit Chaser's attack hit, it was blocked by Yusei's Trap. The card then broke into smaller pieces and attached onto Pursuit Chaser, causing it to spiral out of control.
Trudge: "Come back!"
Yusei: "Oh, he will! See my Trap cancelled his attack, but guess what? He gets to fight again, only this time it's against your own monster: Search Striker! Just watch!"
Pursuit Chaser then commences a fire fight against Search Striker. Both monster fired upon each other, but Striker probed better and destroyed Pursuit Chaser..
Trudge: "Striker! I'm gonna get you for that Yusei. Just you wait." Trudge sets a card and the effects of Rapid Shotwing ends. (ATK: 2100-1600)
Blister "Yusei! Brace yourself!"
Yusei: "Uhh!"
Blister: lNext stop ground floor!"
Yusei bursts through the roof of the elevator and lands on the wheel before taking off. Trudge lands as well, but the elevator door closes on him.
Trudge: "Hey!"
Yusei: "See ya Trudge!" 'Alright, now to get out of here.' Trudge bursts through the elevator door and continues the pursuit.
