Naoto was currently in the presence of Jack's Red Dragon Archfiend as it prepares to attack.
Jack: "Red Dragon Archfiend, attack! Absolute Powerforce!" His dragons burning claw aims straight for Jet Warrior.
Naoto: "Not so fast, Jack! I play the Synchro Barrier Trap.

Before Red Dragon Archfiend's attack made contact, Jet Warrior disappears, and a shield of energy blocks the Dragons attack.
Announcer: "What's this?! It appears that Red Dragon's attack failed!"
Naoto: "Synchro Barrier protects my LP's until the end of the next turn, downside is I had to give up Jet Warrior, but I say it was worth it."
Jack: "Hmph. I end my turn." He says before setting a facedown.
Naoto: 'I managed to buy myself some time, but I need to come up with a plan and fast!'
Meanwhile, Yusei was in the middle of his duel against Armstrong.
Armstrong: "I'm gonna make sure you don't leave the Facility for a long, time Yusei. And no matter what you do to try and stop me from winning this duel, I'm not taking my eyes off the prize. Ha ha ha!"
Yusei: "Unh." Yusei slowly gets back up.
Armstrong: "I'm glad to see this duel isn't too shocking for you, Satellite."
Tanner: "Well, that's easy for armstrong to say, especially since his duel disk isn't connected to the static generator."
Yusei: "It's my turn! And I think I'll start by playing the Spell card Nightmare's Steelcage."

Armstrong: "Don't you know you're already behind bars?" He asks as a metal cage covers Yusei.
Yusei: "Yeah, well these bars are gonna keep me safe from your static generator's shocks for the next two rounds."
Armstrong: "That little cage won't save you!"
Yusei: "We'll see. Now I lay down a facedown and end my turn."
