Naoto and Yusei were currently inside a Tops residence with a large pool and beautifully decorated flowers. They rested on a couch as a pair of twins watch over them with both Runners resting nearby.

Luna: "What's this on his cheek?" Luna asked, looking at Yusei's mark.

Leo: "It's a marker. Don't you know? Everybody caught by Sector Security has put on them." Leo explains.

Luna: "Then, he's a bad guy?"

Leo: "You said the card Spirits are alright, didn't you?"

Luna: "Mm-hmm." Luna places a hand on Yusei's deck. "These cards were taken care of extremely well. So, he's okay...at least, I think."

Leo: "I see. M'kay, then."

Naoto: "Hmm?" Naoto and Yusei open their eyes. Now awake, they both see the twins watching them. "Who are you two?"

Yusei: "Where are we?" Yusei sits up and asks.

Leo: You don't remember? You two collapsed downstairs last night. Oh, I'm Leo. And this is my lil' sis, Luna. We're twins!"

Naoto: "Well that's obvious." Yusei looks and grabs his deck.

Leo: "Say, what're your names?"

Yusei: "It's Yusei."

Naoto: "And I'm Naoto. Not to sound ungrateful, but where are we?"

Leo: "Our house." Leo waves his hand causing the curtains to open. "This area is called Tops and it's the highest place in New Domino City."

Naoto: [Whistle] Naoto admired the view. "Tops, huh?"

Meanwhile, a certain persistent officer was at the gate leading to Tops, trying to get in.

Trudge: "Did you hear what I just said!? There may be fugitives in there!

Security Guard: "I understand sir, but again--All street-level officers wishing to enter the Tops must present search and seizure form 23-q, which can be obtained by submitting and a-level warrant request to the district attorney and then, upon approval, presenting an intent-to-enter--"

Trudge: "Blah! Blah! Blah!" Trudge shouts, growing annoyed. "You've got some satellite streetrats in there wreaking havoc, just let me in."

Security Guard: "All street-level officers wishing to enter the Tops must present search..."

Trudge: "Alright, alright." Trudge walks off in a huff and back to the squad car.

Officer: "So, how did it go?"

Trudge: "Jeeves over there treated me like I was some second-class citizen."

Officer: "I told ya', Trudge, ya' gotta be an a-level detective in order to get in there without a hassle." Trudge slams his fist on the car.

Trudge: "These Tops security snobs actually think they're superior just 'cause they guard the rich cats. But they're no better than us."

Officer: "What do ya' wanna do about the kids?"

Trudge: "They're definitely in there, I'm sure of it. They've gotta come out eventually."

Back inside Tops...

Leo: "You're a duelist, right, Yusei?"

Yusei: "Yeah?"

Leo: "So am I. C'mon, will ya play me? It gets kinda boring facing Luna all the time."

Luna: "That wasn't called for. You're not so good yourself."

Leo: "I'll get better! Say, are you a good duelist, Yusei?"
