Funeral

So I am going to my grandpa's funeral today. I miss him yes, have I broke down crying yet? Nope I will I promise you. I didn't cry when I first heard because he was on a breathing machine and had so many tubes in him and no one deserves to be in that much pain. I couldn't look at him while he was in the hospital with out wishing he was dead so he wasn't in pain anymore. I was happy that he was finally free of pain and in heaven. Anyway my grandparents have a lot of friends, a lot. So there will be a lot of people at his funeral. People I don't know or haven't seen since I was a baby. They will probably tell me "oh are you okay?" "You miss him" "I'm praying for you" "how are you?". But knowing my family along with those questions I will get. "Who's kid are you?" "You aren't going to a catholic high school?" "You are almost 14?" "You still have blue eyes? I was sure they would change to brown." "Are you the older grandchild?" "What do you want to do when you grow up?"
"You are so tall!" "Do you have any siblings?" "How's your moms new studio she bought?" "Are you excited for school?" "Don't you know it's rude not to talk to people?"
And these will be my answers, "Barbara's daughter. No I'm going to a public, yes I am almost 14 about a month. Yes my eyes are still blue, yes I am the oldest. I want to be a geologist or an author. No I'm not tall I have a year left till I stop growing and I'm only  5 foot. I have two younger brothers. Yes I am excited for school. The studio is great I think, I don't want to break down in front of all these people."
Yeah I should hand out business cards to my relatives. I still need to get ready, basically put on my dress and my fedora. U get to wear a fedora cause my grandpa liked the fedora magic pineapple got me on the cruise and it matches my dress. I hate getting all "pretty". Could I wear a nice skirt and shirt instead? Sorry you had to hear my rant I needed to get it out.
