'till dawn

overflowing

hands shaking,
eyesight's blurry..
mind overflowing
with untold feelings,
thoughts,
that should've been said.
i couldn't do it,
tear after tear,
my throat stung,
i couldn't bear
to think everything
could be okay,
everything seemed,
like it was gonna end,
no matter how hard
i would try
to build it all up again.
i messed up,
and it'll all
be on me,
again.
