Part 35 (mr. Boring)

One week later

Luke's pov

We got home and Milly was more confident with Sam. She was finally agreeing that she was a good mother. I loved the fact that she knew how great she was. As I was unpacking my clothes I got a phone call from ash.

"Hey ash"

"Luke, I'm going to be like you" he said really fast and concerned

"What?"

"I got Laura pregnant"

"That's great, I think"

"I don't know how to feel. I think that Laura is mad at me but idk."

"Is she ignoring you or anything?"

"No but she isn't talking as much as she used to"

"Oh. She probably feels off. Like while Milly was pregnant she wasn't herself"

"Should I talk to her?"

"That's exactly what you should do. Make sure you know she feels before you assume anything."

"Ok well I guess I'm off to talk to Laura then"

"Ok mate, good luck"

"Thanks, bye"

"Bye"

I hung up and finished unpacking. I couldn't stop thinking about ash. I hope everything goes alright between him and Laura. I had to go and tell mill about this. I went downstairs and found her feeding bluey. 

"Mill"

"Hmh?"

"Um. Ash sort of got Laura pregnant and doesn't know if she is mad or not"

"Laura probably isn't mad. When she was younger she used to talk about how much she wanted a child"

"Yea but it may be overwhelming now."

"Luke she is probably feeling off like what I did around the time I found out. Stop worrying. Ash will be able to talk to her"

"Yeah ok."

"Come here"

I went to Milly and she hugged me tightly.

"Umm mill?"

"Yea?"

"Where's Sam?"

"He's asleep upstairs"

"Oh ok"

"I guess you became a worry person when we had Sam"

"Yea things have gotten me worried a lot"

She kissed me and then it became one of our heated make out seasons again. Our shirts where on the ground and the I heard a cry of pain. I kissed Milly's cheek before rushing upstairs to Sam crying his eyes out. I went over to him and picked him up. His head was boiling and so I took him downstairs to have some medicine. After he had his medicine I sat on the couch with him in my hands trying to calm him down. He then threw up all over himself and me. I took him to the shower and got both him and myself undressed and then hopped in. I got Sam cleaned and then Milly took him so that I could clean myself. Once I got out I realised that I had no clean clothes to change into or a towel so I crept to to my room and got stopped by Milly who was laughing when she realised that I hadn't got a towel or clothes. I then rushed to the room and closed the door but a foot was stopping the door from closing. It was Milly's foot.

"Why are you hiding Luke?  It's not like it's the first time I have seen you nude."

"Milly why are you staring?" I asked like a 5 year old.

"Wait don't answer that" I said quickly

A smirk was on her face and she had one eyebrow risen. I then turned around and went to get changed. Milly's arms crept around my waist as I was still looking at my clothes. I turned around and looked at Milly

"What are you doing"

"Ugh you know just hugging my naked husband"

"Milly let me change"

"Maybe I don't want you to change"

"Milly stop acting like your 5 and let me get dressed"

"Ok mr boring"

"Mr boring?" I raised my eyebrow

"Mr boring" she confirmed.

I just turned around again and found something to wear and then got dressed. I went downstairs and saw Milly with a frown on her face as soon as she saw me.

"Ugh thanks."

"It's ok mr boring"

"Why am I mr boring?"

"Because you didn't let me have fun"

"I never said that you couldn't have fun I just said that I wanted to get changed"

"Exactly so you didn't let me have fun"

"So seeing me nude while freezing my arse off is fun?"

"Aha"

"Ok well you have something wrong with you then"

"Do not"

"Do too"

We were acting like complete 5 year olds. But it was fun until Sam started to cry again. This time it was to tell us that he was awake. I went up to get him and brought him down to where Milly was. We sat on the couch and watched a movie as Sam sat up by himself next to me. Milly took a photo and then sat back down snuggling into the other side of me. Milly and Sam fell asleep but soon after so did I.
