5 months later
Milly's pov
Sam has started to speak a little bit. I am now currently at the hospital with Sam and Luke. We get to find out what gender my baby is.
"Your child is a girl"
"Really?" Luke asked surprised
"Yep your going to have a daughter sir"
"Wow that's great" Luke said

When we got home Luke hugged me for a long time.
"WERE GOING TO HAVE A DAUGHTER" he yelled
"Well your excited"
"Of course I am. I am having a daughter and she will have great looks just like her mother" he replied
"We will go shopping tomorrow"
"Ok I'm fine with that"
"Dada" I heard Sam say
We both turned to Sam who was walking to Luke. He picked Sam up and swung him around making him giggle. He is really excited about Sarah. We are sticking with the name because it is a beautiful name. I then sent everyone a text.
{we are having a baby girl. Luke and I are so stoked}
I put my phone down and went to the couch to watch a movie. Soon later Luke and Sam came in and sat on the couch. I leant my head in Luke's shoulder and fell asleep.

Two months later
Milly's pov
I got a text from Chloe
{our twins are both boys. Mikey is really happy about the gender}
{omg that's great}
I started to feel pain in my stomach.
{if your at the hospital stay there we are coming soon}
"Luke Sarah's coming now!" I yelled out to him
"Ok get in the car I will be there soon just hold on"
I did as he said and he came out with a bag and Sam. He put Sam in and hopped in the car to drive off

She is hurting me so much.
"Your going to have to push Milly" the doctor said
I am holding onto Luke's hand and pushed with all I had. I was out of breath already.
"Again"
I pushed again.

After a few more pushes Sarah was in the world instead of my stomach.
"Do you have a name?" The doctor asked
"Sarah rose hemmings" Luke said

Once we got into the room mum and Sam came in.
"Mummy"
"Hello Sam. Meet your new sister Sarah" I said
He looked at her with the biggest smile. I looked over to mum and saw that she had tears in her eyes at the sight of Sarah.
"Do you want a hold mum?" I asked
"Can I?"
"Of course"
I handed Sarah to Luke and he gave her to mum. She let a tear run down her face before I started to cry. Luke came up to me and hugged my while mum still had Sarah. Sam then started to tug at the sheet on the bed. I picked him up and placed him on the bed before mum handed Sarah back to me.
"She's beautiful" mum said
"I know" I replied
"I'm going to tell the boys" Luke interrupted
He then left the room.
"He's a great father" mum said once she heard him speak
"I couldn't imagine this life with anyone else"
"If you keep thinking that way everything should turn out fine" mum said
Luke then walked back into the room.
"The boys are coming soon" he said
"What about the girls?" I asked
"They are coming to"
"Ok well I'm going to take a shower. Could you please look after Sam and Sarah for us?" I asked mum
"Yea I'll keep an eye on them"
Luke and I then walked into the bathroom and he helped me get undressed before he did. He then helped me wash myself and get new clothes on. Once we got out Sam and Sarah where asleep while mum was reading a book. Luke helped me in the bed and soon after everyone came. The boys went over to see Sarah while the girls came to speak to me.
"Hey how are you feeling?" Sophie asked
"I'm good. How are your children?"
"Elizabeth is fine" L replied first
"Same with jess" Sophie replied second
We all then looked over at Chloe.
"i want them out" she said sternly
"A least you have two in one go" I said
"Yea I guess. What's her name?" Chloe asked
"It's Sarah rose" I replied
"Can I have a hold?" Laura asked
"Sure"
I looked over and saw that Luke was holding Sarah.
"Luke, sorry to interrupt but can we please have Sarah over here?" I asked
He instantly came over and gave her to Laura. She had a massive smile on her face. She then handed her to Sophie and then after Sophie had a hold she handed her to Chloe. Chloe seemed the happiest to hold her.
"I'm guessing you wanted a girl?" I asked her
"Yea. I can always have a third but I think that two is enough right now" she said
We all giggle and after a while Chloe handed Sarah back to me. She stirred in my arms as soon as I held her.
