Part 42 (Elizabeth)

7 months later

Ashton's pov

"Ash, she's coming right now"

I had no clue what Laura was talking about

"L, what are u talking about?" I asked with a slight chuckle

"Our baby. Ughhhh"

"Oh um ok, let's go to the hospital then"

I led her to the car and helped her get in. Once she was in I ran over to the drivers side and hopped in myself. I drove as fast as I could to the hospital and when we got there we got put into a room to wait for a couple of hours.

"Ughhh"

"Shh it's ok, she will be out soon"

"Shut it ash. It won't be ok I'm dying from pain"

I expected to get snapped at sooner or later by Laura.

"Sorry" I mumbled

"Okay it's time, your going to have to push really hard for her to come" the doctor said

Laura did as she was told and I took her hand. She pushed really hard and squeezed my hand tightly during the reprocess. After a couple of squeezes our baby girl was out. She was so beautiful. She had Laura's blue eyes and my hair from what I can see.

"Do you have a name?" The doctor asked

"Um, yes, Elizabeth rose irwin"

"Ok"

After that they took us to another room for Laura to stay in. I then decided to call the boys while she was cleaning herself up in the shower.

"Hey ash" Luke said

"Hey Luke! Um I'm now officially a father!"

"Oh wow, congrats ash. Do you mind if the guys, mills and I come up?"

"No you guys can come"

"Ok, see you soon. Bye"

"Bye"

I hung up and went over to Elizabeth and picked her up. She squirmed in my arms a little bit making me chuckle. She was adorable. After a little bit Laura came out and giggled making me look over to her while I was still holding Elizabeth in my hands.

"That is the cutest thing ever!" Laura finally said.

"She's our little princess"

"I hope she has your curly hair and your cute dimples." Laura said

"I hope she looks like you" I say back

"Most of all I hope that she has your laugh" she said giggling as soon as I did.

After an hour or two the boys were at the door of our room.

"Hey ash" mikey said

"Where is she?" Calum asked

"She's over here"

I started to walk over with the boys following. As soon as they saw her they all watched like she was the cutest thing ever. She was so I don't blame them.

"What's her name?" Luke asked quietly

"Elizabeth rose Irwin" I said back with pride making Laura giggle

"Can I hold her?" Mikey asked

"Sure"

I handed Elizabeth over to mikey and she squirmed in his arms making him laugh a little bit. After a while he then handed her to Calum and then after a while he handed her to Luke. Luke seemed so happy to hold her.

"You seem really happy,Luke"

"I have always wanted a baby girl that's all"

"Where's Milly?" Laura asked

"She couldn't make it. Sam had a temperature"

"Oh, is he ok?" She asked

"Yea"

We then all huddled around eliza and smiled at the baby girl that is asleep in Luke's arms. He looked really happy holding Eliza and I could see that he is dying to have a baby girl.

When I held Elizabeth my heart melted. I have always loved the idea of having a baby girl and I am so happy for ash. Mills would love Elizabeth but Sam is sick and insisted that I go. I wasn't going to but I'm glad I did. I'm really wanting another child. Sam is just over one so I think we are ready. I looked down at my watch and say that it was almost 12pm so I would have to go soon. As much as I didn't want to leave I had to because I have my own child to look after. I gave Elizabeth back to ash.

"I have to go now sorry. Congrats on Elizabeth and we will catch up soon"

"Yep" everyone chorused at me.

I went home and saw how tired milly was so I took Sam off her.

"Go to bed baby you look exhausted" I told her

"Ok are you sure your alright with Sam?"

"Mills I'll be fine now go and get some sleep"

"Ok goodnight?"

"Goodnight milly"

She went and Sam fell asleep in my arms. I quickly put Sam in his cot and went to get changed really quickly. I saw that milly was tossing and turning as I walked into our room.

"Luke, I can't go to sleep"

"Just try baby. I will be back soon I'm just getting changed and getting a snack and then coming back to sleep with you."

"Ok I'll be waiting" she yawned.

I then got dressed and went downstairs to make some Vegemite toast. Once the toast was made I sat on the couch and watched TV. As I promised I walked back upstairs to milly and climbed in bed with her. Instantly she snuggled up to me and I played with her hair and sung amnesia softly to her. Soon after milly fell asleep so did I.
