Chapter 17

I just realized I haven't posted a pic of Emiko on the story yet, so here it is along with Chapter 17.

Levy's POV

For those of us left behind at the guild, we watched the meeting in viewing lacrimas. Each guild that had wizards from it, they were using viewing lacrimas as well. I was suprised when we learned about the other three dragon slayers as well as the lightning god slayer. "Each guild has their own way of ranking their strongest members. For example, in Fairy Tail, we have our S-Class wizards, which are Erza, Laxus, Gildarts amd we used to have a guy named Mystogen but, found out he was actually Jellal's Edolas version. Our strongest team however, is Team Natsu which consists of Erza, Gray, Natsu, Wendy, Happy and Charla. I help out when I can." Lucy told the dragons. "We used to have another precious member but, something happened and she got kicked off the team when Lisanna's thought to be dead little brother tricked her by transforming himself into Natsu and kicked her out. Her name is Lucy Heartfilia and she was the guild's light. In many ways, Akina is a lot like her but, no one could ever replace our beloved Celestial Mage." Erza added. I saw Lucy pause when Erza added that. Each guild explained their rankings and such. When they were done, it was time for the sparring portion. "Both members for each pair will show their strengths and weaknesses along with their battle ranges, such as whether they do long range attacks or short range, how long their magic can last and so on. One thing they'll do is manifest their magic pressure. The first pair will be Ayuri and Juvia. Both girls use the same water magic with the same spells I believe. So, this should be interesting." Lucy said as both blue haired girls walked up to where they were to spar. Lucy walked over to them and looked at each one in turn as she spoke. "Okay, girls. First start by releasing your magic energy, or manifesting it whichever you prefer calling it." She ordered. Both girls began glowing white at first then the white turning into a glowing blue and there was a lot of wind swirling everywhere. Juvia's was slightly larger and the wind blowing around her was much stronger, showing that she is older and has trained with her magic more. I think Juvia will win this.

After a few minutes, the glowing and wind died down. "Okay, you may now start. Remember, don't hold back a single ounce of magic. Go all out. Just don't kill each other." Lucy told them before walking to the table and sitting down. "Gray~sama is watching, Juvia must win this and make him proud." Juvia stated and purple lines appeared under Gray eyes. Then the fight was on. It was intense.

Wendy's POV

Juvia-chan's intensity was actually a bit scary. We watched and it went on for a long time. In the end, Ayuri was unconscious and heavily wounded while Juvia was still standing, breathing heavily but, only slightly wounded. "Ayuri-san did good against Juvia but, Juvia trains everyday to become stronger so she isn't a burden to Gray-sama and the rest of Fairy Tail." Juvia said. "Alright, next we'll have Gray and Eve. Both are impervious to the cold and both use cold magic. Gray uses Ice Make while Eve uses snow magic. Okay, boys. Do the same as Juvia and Ayuri." Lucy-nee explained. After that, the fight went much the same way Juvia's did. With Gray winning but, it went a lot longer than the first fight. It continued on much the same way. Gildarts won against Jura, Erza won againsf Jenny, Natus beat Hibiki quite fast, Mira and Chelia were close but, Mira still won. Laxus beat Ren after 20 minutes of playing with the poor guy, Gajeel beat Wendy but, you could tell he felt bad. Emiko used a mixture of Ice Make magic and Water Dragon Slayer magic against Lyon and beat him. Freed of course beat Ichiya with just using a barrier. Sting... poor Sherry is all I have to say on that one. Rogue and Lucy were real close but, Lucy stopped playing and beat him. Juvia beat Ayuri but, Lisanna lost to Sayuri much to her chargrin. Now, it was time for the dragons to decide.

Lucy's POV

Now, the dragons must make their decisions. But, there is one thing before I tell them that. "Okay, guys. While the dragons think about what guild each of them will join, there are some things that need to be revealed." I explained. Everyone's eyes snapped towards me and focused on me intently. It was kind of scary actually. "Cystal, you're first. Transform into your human form and show your true identity." I nodded to said dragon. She began to glow and shrink. When the glowing disappeared and she finished changing, there were two choked gasps. A male and a female. In Crystal's place stood a certain Ice Make mage and master. "Ur?!" Gray cried out, moving swiftly to her side. "Hello, Gray." She said to him smiling. "How is this possible? Iced Shell..." "Astermist opened a portal behind me and pulled me in before I completely transformed into the ice. Grandine, Aquaretti and Astermis healed me so I could have new limbs and a body." Ur explained to him. "Ur." A feminine voice whispered. Gray, Lyon amd Ur turned to see Emiko with tears running down her face, standing beside Aquaretti. "Hello, Emiko. I hope Gray hasn't been too hard on you." Ur said to the crying girl. She shook her head and began walking to her. They hugged and it was so happy. "Ur, you can talk to all of them later if you wish." I told her. "Thank you, Princess." She said.

I turned to the next dragon to be revealed. "Transform into your dragon now." I told him. He began glow and when the glowing disappeared... "Igneel!" Natsu cry resonated in the room and in my ears. Natsu jumped over on top of the table and ran to him. When he reached the fire dragon, he wrapped his arms around his large neck. Igneel transformed back into his human form and hugged Natsu. I could smell Natsu's tears and see his enormous smile and I couldn't help but, watch him with a smile on my face. I have to do it now.

I walked over to the two and tapped Natsu's shoulder. He looked at me but, didn't let go of Igneel. "I have something to show you as well." I told him. He looked at me in question. I allowed my transformation to drop, staring into his eyes the whole time. When the transformation was completely released, he was no longer staring into blue eyes. He was staring into chocolate brown eyes. I heard the soft gasp that fell from his lips.

He let go of Igneel and turned completely to face me. "Lucy..." He breathed my name. "Hi, Natsu. How's it going?" I asked, feeling tears forming in my eyes. He was frozen in place for a few minutes before he finally moved. Suddenly, I felt warm lips press against mine and my eyes opened wide. What just happened?
