Chapter 34

****Well, here it is. That chapter you have all been waiting for.  I hope. The finale of Fairy Tail vs. Shadow Crow. I did the first paragraph of this chap and my boyfriend did the second. This is Gildarts vs. Axel and is in Emiko's POV. Enjoy and don't forget to comment and vote!!!

Emiko's POV

I was still incredibly worn out and low on magic energy when I watched Natsu's battle with Shadow Crows fire mage coming closer to it's end. I can't believe they have members this powerful... and we haven't even met the Master!!! Or well until now I guess, as I see a man matching the description of Axel Greener walking down towards the battle field. I could feel his magic power and knew that with all of us tired, we don't stand a chance against this guy. The man known as the guild master, has silver hair like the Strauss siblings but, has brown eyes instead of blue. He is wearing a brown leather jacket with blue jeans and black boots. He also has a lacrima earring. He looked intimidating and scary. "I've already beaten Mermaid Heel, those girls were all a bunch of weaklings. But, you know what? I think I'll make a deal with all of you, Fairies. Want to hear what it is?" He spoke. He was looking down at us from the top of the building's ruins. We were all laying on the ground listening to him. None of us could move so we didn't have a choice. "Well, I'll tell you anyway. I want to fight your strongest member, your Ace. If I lose to him or her, I'll disband my guild. If your Ace loses to me, then your Water Dragon Slayer and Celestial Spirit mage has to join my guild. So, what'll it be, weak Fairies?" When he got done talking, I heard soft muttering that was gradually getting louder in volumn... until. "Urano Metria!" I heard Lucy cry out as I see turn to see two Lucy's standing back to back. The attack went towards Axel but, he just simply stepped aside and Lucy fell back to the ground as the second Lucy disappears. I heard Natsu's battle getting quieter so, I looked over to see how he was doing... and that's when I saw my worst nightmare happen.

I watch in shock as the two Fire Mages fall to the ground. The only Mage thats still fresh is Axel, who I notice is walking down drawing his sword. "Well, well. Its not everyday someone matches Kenji in a fire fight." He looks out over all of us and sees his fallen comrades. "Well I was hoping either Erza or Natsu would be able to fight me. But Oh well." Just then a massive amount of magic is released as even Axel stops in his tracks. "That power... The hell is that?" Just then I see a shadow walk up with a cloak flowing behind him. When I get a closer look my jaw drops as I see a big man with a menacing glare. "Gildarts..." I knew who it was as no one else had this much power in the guild. Gildarts looks up at Axel who regains his composure. "So your the leader of these punks who hurt my family?" "Maybe. I take it your the Ace of Fairy Tail?" "Like I gotta answer you, brat." Axel gets into a fighting stance. "Then we got nothing to talk about." The two clash between Gildarts fist and Axel's blade. Their magics clashing and destroying the area more than Natsu's fight. The two keep clashing their magics as the ground splits and explosions are caused. Eventually Gildarts lands a solid hit on Axel and sends him into a wall. Axel spits some blood and gets back up. "Oh, you're much more powerful than Titania and Salamander." Gildarts smirks as he cracks his knuckles. "Well I gotta look cool for the kids at least." Axel smirks and releases blue energy from his body. Gildarts loosk at him suprised. "Etheron? How?" Axel smirks as his eyes glow. "I had some Etheron Lacrima put into my body when I was young. I control this amazing energy." The aura grows stronger as he starts skhaking the ground. "Shall we?" Gildarts smirks as the ground starts shaking harder. "Cute." Suddenly the magic around him causes a bigger explosipn then Axel's. Axel looks in shock as he sees Gildarts magic aura surpasses his by a wide margin. Just then Gildarts rushes at Axel and throws a punch that stops inches from Axel's face as the lanscape is altered around them. Axel then passes out from fear. "Now leave our family alone." The war against Shadow Crow is over.

****That battle is over... to a bit of time to do but, that battle is done. Next, we'll have some calm chapters then the S-Class Trials. I can't believe this story is somewhat almost finished. This will officially be my first completed book. But, don't worry. It will have a sequal. For now however, tell me who you want to see battle in the trials. Who do you want them to battle against for those who are unfortunate to take the battle path. The members they end up battling will be the same ones they had to battle in the anime. Erza Scarlet, Gildarts Clive and Mirajane Strauss. Until next time!!!
