Sometimes I feel I've got to run

I pulled more clothes and other accessories into my backpack
Stopping at the door to grab my

They were "lucky" I smiled at the thought of Mitch

I smiled at the picture I had of me and Mitch
The real copy was on me
The one behind the frame was fake
I exited the room leaving as quiet as I could

I think I've lost my light
For I toss and turn
I can't sleep at night

I shot up my brain tumbling my chest covered with sweat I heard distant laughter in my best friends room
I laid back down knowing it was a nightmare that is until my phone rang

"Mrs. Kant?"
"Mitch honey" she sounded like she had been crying
"Mitch have you seen Milana?"
My nightmare was coming true
Milana and I had always been in the friend zone I was too nervous to ask her out

"JEROME ILL BE BACK!" I shouted throwing a shirt on and getting no response from my friend recording a video
I start the car tears start my eyes

By now I've figured out that it is a female figure I pull the hood back and see brown wavy locks pulled back in a ponytail

But I'm going to pack my things and go

She leads me to a small area a giant rock in the middle is eliminated by the moons bright glow
"I used to come here when I was a kid I was an only child so I had to be the best... I came here to escape reality to meet imaginary people I mean we met only a few blocks away from here I was surprised you never found it..." She says pulling a strand of hair behind her ear
"You were such a cute and curious little boy" she says biting her lip and looking down

I tilt her head up and pull her close

I said hugging her
"So cheesy Mitchell hughnes you are" she said into my neck

"And I love you more" I said while kissing her and laying back on top of the rock while I help Milana up
