Chapter 33 >fools<

I am tired of this place I hope people change, I need time to replace what I gave away, and my hopes they are high, I must keep them small though I try to resist I still want it all

"Mitch? Where's Preston? And Jerome? And Lachlan? And vikk?" I said sitting up noticing the steampunk like fashion now on me.
"How do you know Jerome" Mitch said stepping aggressively towards me
"I-I know all of you, I mean we just met like 2 weeks ago but that's-"
"Be quiet" Mitch said, this wasn't like him
"I also found this with you" Mitch said holding up my violin
"My violin" I said taking it and rubbing the smooth but now jagged wood
"Lets go" Mitch says
"You're actually going to let me come with?" I asked

"Well you seem to know some stuff and I can't just let you wander around"  Mitch said angrily walking out of the cave and I followed slowly behind him and we walked for a while a bit in silence

"I never asked what your name was?" Mitch said

"hope..." I said quietly disappointed that Mitch didn't remember me  

 after more silence I moved my violin below my chin and playing the first song that came to mind.

I see swimming pools and living rooms and aeroplanes. I see a little house on a hill and children's names I see quiet nights poured over ice and Tanqueray But everything is shattering and it's my mistake

Sarajevo. Mitch stops for a moment and than continues walking, but when I hit the high note Mitch topples over.

"MITCH!" I said setting aside my violin

"get off me! I knew you'd rebel with that stupid violin" he said crossly before pushing me off him and tossing my violin aside and continues walking.

"This world seems a lot worse than the other world" I said quietly to myself and picked up my. NOW. half broken violin and tried to tune it, it half worked. why did Mitch topple over, it's not like I pushed him or-

"You never answered my question earlier" I said

"I am not in the mood to answer YOUR questions" he said

what did melody tell me about steampunk again? was there anything to do with physics?

I don't remember her telling me a lot about- I stopped in my tracks, what was the name of that comic Melody lent me? I stood there for a second hitting my head against my violin.

"ugh" I said before rubbing my forehead where I hit my head with the violin.

"can you not be disturbing" Mitch said turning around and walking backwards before turning around once more

"yeah just let me do it once more" Mitch sighed a heavy breath as I hit my forehead once more on my violin.

"That's it!" I said making Mitch jump 'the mechanical organ'  (if it is a real comic let me know) which was Great! I remember it so well the main character lizzy is being chased by bandits who she owes money and so she hits the road in search of finding a job to earn the money, leaving with only the music and her gun, the gun turned out to be not as effective as the music, so I wonder if that is what this universe is like? I pulled my goggles down over my eyes to see if they had Sound waves lights built into them like in the comic almost like a U.V light but not to catch light, I played one note and saw the waves of sound move not yet reaching Mitch.

We soon arrived at a small town and  I jogged up by Mitch eager to see everyone, and we soon stopped outside a tavern like building 

"Don't say a word. the group probably won't be glad I brought you home" Mitch said,and I stepped back but shook my head folding my arms and moving my uv goggles on top of my head Mitch opened the swinging tavern doors and the entire bar raised their glasses
