Chapter 17 Cant help falling in love

Wise men say only fools rush in

I'm different from everyone, no this isn't about some like imperfection or flaw or whatever...I was struck by lightning...
But I didn't die... Obviously.
But let me tell you this power is more difficult to control than You may think or know.

But I can't help falling in love with you

"Soorah" my best friend said nagging me "say something to him" I shake my head No
But our eyes just meet his brown, brown stands out like chocolate, his hair looks fluffy like I would tuff it.
I close my eyes, from 6 feet away he smells great, or maybe that's the chocolate store were standing in front of, once more our eyes lock, and I look at the sun.

It melts away and instead I see pictures like an old style theater.

Shall I stay would it be a sin?

I walk over to the boy
"I'm Jay" he said as we both entered the chocolate store
"Sarah"
"You like mint?" He asked
I nodded my head an held out a peppermint Lindt chocolate "there new "he said  I take it from him and our fingers brush and I blush, "mmmm" I said
"Have you tried the hot chocolate they make?" I ask he nods his head No I pull him to the counter and we order ours they are warm mine is peppermint and his is Carmel.
My best friend disappeared with one of jays friends so I walked with Jay. The edges melt away like film being set on fire.

"Sarah!" I shook my head, mom?
"Yeah!" I responded
"Do you need help with the zipper?"
I looked in the large mirror I was in a white dress
"Oh uh sure"
"What's wrong darling, your so pale, pinch your cheeks" how long ago was the chocolate store? I do what my mother says her hair is a fading auburn and reminds me of autumn she is wearing a black and white dress with her hair done up.
"Arms to the side" I pick my arms up
"Don't worry darling you'll be fine up there"
"I can only hope mother"
"Come on we don't want to be late " she motions to the door
As I turn the corner a blonde haired girl with glasses greets me
"Kaitlyn and Serena picked the best flowers for your bouquet" she said directing to my brunette and blonde haired friends.
"Thank you" I say shakily taking the bouquet from kaitlyn
"Now go" kaitlyn and Serena rush first and slowly walk next to the boys dressed in swell suits.
I turn the corner
"Jay"

Like a river flows surely to the sea

The door slams as I flinch
I run to the door
Jay slams the car door my tears flow I'm not sure why he left but...
I remember one of my closest friends besides kaitlyn and Serena.
I dial her number
"Hello?" The female voice says it now has a faint Irish tone jay and I traveled a lot we were visiting Ireland
"Hi Sophia it's Sarah"
"What's up?"
"Jay and I had a fight, this time he left mind meeting me at our place tonight?"
"Yeah I'll be there soon" I grabbed my backpack from what looked like college
I write a note for jay
Dear jay
I hope you can overcome this, I'm very sorry, I'll give you some space, just one thing (what are those! Jk) please don't find a woman and sleep with her that's a phone call I don't want in 9 months. Also I'll be back in a while, I need to gather some things together, and find a way to tell you some things

I tape the note to the door
And leave the house driving to the forest and parking my car in the parking lot of the park.
I walk deeper into the forest my ACTUAL FACTUAL flashlight lit my way since I didn't want to waste my battery. The humming coming from the inside of the mound told me she was already here, a while back we built this little hut ish type thing and then rolled a big ass Boulder in front of it, Sophia had moved the boulder already probably with Sean's help, Sean was Sophia's future husband, I knocked on the wooden door, "Sarah?" She shouted
"Knick knack paddy whack give a dog a bone" I responded with a chuckle.
The door opened.
And there was Sophia she pulled me in and hugged me.
"What's up boo?" She said holding out some hot apple cider to me.
"Well me and jay got into a fight, but I didn't get to..." I stop and cover my mouth
"I'm pregnant Sophia" I say she covers her mouth
"What?!" The rest of the night we sit and talk while I become addicted to the apple cider, curse this pregnancy.
We were still awake at 5 in the morning.
My phone rang.
"Give me a second" I said going into the underground hallway
"Hello?"
"Sarah" jay
"Hi"
"Where are you I really need to apologise, not over phone but to your face"
I nod
"And I have some news which could either be good or bad, depends on how you look at it"

Darling so it goes some things were meant to be

"Shut up Lachlan" I said punching his arm and looking over to our small toddlers
Lachlan was married to kaitlyn and they both had blonde hair and blue eyes
So out popped a blonde haired blue eyed boy, as for me and jay, out of me came twins, brown hair soft brown eyes like their father.
"I'm just saying, look at charollett and James"
"What kind of ship name would they have?" I say jokingly
"Jamllett" kaitlyn says next to me and I cough as I choke from laughter
"Chames" jay says
"And if will likes James it'll be..." Lachlan stops
"Wames" I say laughing
"Or Jill" kaitlyn says
"Yeah but that's weird"
"So is # Say! It's a word!"
"Yeah but you want something cool like you and little lachy" I say referring to his old nickname.
"Kachhlan or laitlyn" jay says
Kaitlyn blushes furiously

"Mom please don't cry it's just college" I cover my mouth charollett hugs me
"I know Lottie it's just I don't want to be stuck with your father all year"
"don't worry william will be in the basement probably recording a video
"I know, I love you" I say hugging my daughter "I love you too"

"Jay tell me how can I keep a promise I can't keep" I said to the faded brown haired boy next to me.
"Sarah" silence and sobs "please" I fluffed his hair
"I love you"

"Ready to go inside?" Sophia says to me as I blush and cast my eyes down
"Yeah" I say smiling at the boy from my vision....Jay....
