CHAPTER 38

SAMANTHA

We finally found the guy on states who flea from witnessing because he had been bribe. He admitted everything through skype call, hindi kami nag aksaya ng oras na irecord ang call. Ika nya nakonsensya din sya ng mahabang panahon and now was ready to face the court to point who the real killer was, sadly he dont have proofs regarding the bribery. Its all on talks.

Nag appeal din sa korte ang nabayarang tao upang umako sa krimen ni Roxy kay Graciella dahil sa pakikipag usap ng mga tauhan namin dito. Kailangan  maitransfer ang kaso dito sa pinas since andito si Roxy. We wanted the trials to be done here so she cant escape. We wanted to request the court to ban Roxy abroad so she cant go anywhere far but it will be effective once makapag labas ng warrant para dito.

Though we need more solid proof of her crime , we cannot provide it on court because no one really has the footages saved that day. The owners of the facilities near the accident with cctv's  admitted that someone paid them a good sum of money to permanently delete the evidence.  All we can have from them is their testimonies but they did not recognize Roxy or her father. Someone paid them on their behalf to conceal the crime. 

Its like a circus for us and altough Jhane is not blabbing , I knew she was getting drained as well. We were sitting inside a cafe having those evidences on the folder. Katatapos lang namin kausapin ang tauhan nya sa U.s. Unti unti na kaming nanghihina at parehas napatitig sa kawalan. This is hard, its long overdue and the proofs we needed was nowhere to be found.

"Tumawag sakin si ate kagabe, Alrish acted up in our house. tapos hindi daw pumasok ngayon", pagbabalita ko kay Jhane.

"Of course she will do that. You just left her after you f*ck her". she grin at me then took a sip on her espresso.

Naikwento ko na kasi sa kanya nung umaga ang nangyari. Pati ang pagkaalam ni Alrish about my spare phone through Mia. Kasalanan ko nag padalos dalos ako. Naaawa ako para sa kanya, para samin. Akala ko madaling matatapos ang laban pero hindi pala. I cant even promise her when ill come back to apologize kasi maski ako di ko alam hanggang kelan kami lalaban. 

"Bakit kasi hindi mo na lang ako tinawagan for your stead? Edi sana hindi mo sya nabigyan ng false hope".muli itong nagsalita.

I shrugged it off. Gusto ko din kasi talaga syang makita , sobrang gusto na so hindi ko naman pinagsisihan yun. I sip my americano and look outside the window smiling while remembering that night. When we made  love, her moans still lingering on my thoughts. It brings back hot sensation. Her sexy body , her screams, Argh ang aga aga ano ba?

The ring from my phone ended my daydreaming, sinilip ko ito. It was Mia, 

"Si Mia. Baka si Alrish na naman to."sabi ko kay Jhane ng makitang nakatingin sya sa phone ko.

"Why are you not answering?"she asked back.

"Baka kasi sya na naman eh. Ill just read messages nalang rather take calls from her." sabi ko at muling tumingin sa labas. A few moment later after the ring dies my phone vibrated. Tamad ko itong tiningnan. Alam kong baka si Alrish ito at di ko naman pwedeng replyan

#Maam Sam, yung mother nI Alrish nandito nag aalala gusto ka makausap. (Mia)

Next thing she sent me was a voice msg

#S-sam. Kasama mo ba ang anak ko? HIndi  kasi umuwi. Hindi ko sya matawagan. Please hija sana kasama mo lang sya,please reply asap

Naalarma ako ng marinig ang boses ni tita sa voice clip na sinend ni MIa. Napatingin ako kay Jhane na nakinig din ng clip and we both panicked. She started to dial her phone and me as well ' i called Mia back.
