Chapter 6

Chapter 6  

Riley's POV:

The movie just ended when my phone buzzed. It was a text from Hanna.

'Hey girlie. Wanna go shopping for outfits for tonight?  

-Hanna(:'

'Yeah! Meet you at the mall in 30? 

-Riley(:'

'Sounds good! See ya.  

-Hanna(:'

"Hey Jay?" I asked.

"Yeah?"

"Is it cool if I go shopping with Hanna for new outfits for tonight?"

"Yeah, of course have fun!"

"Thanks babe," I said pecking him lightly on the lips, "where are we going exactly?"

"Just to the new restaurant down the street. It's kind of fancy."

"Alright. I'm gonna go change!"

"Okay babe," he said with a smile.

I bounced up the stairs into my room. 'What to wear, what to wear?' I thought to myself. "Aha!" I muttered as I figured it out. I settled on some white Hollister shorts, Jay's black hoodie that said 'Swag King' on the front, & my black Vans. 'Perfect' I thought. I walked into the bathroom and re-curled my hair that had slightly flattened over the day. I put on light mascara and grabbed two 20 dollars bills out of my wallet placing them 

In my pocket. I grabbed my IPhone and ran down the stairs.

"I'm off. See ya later Jay," I said not wanting to leave him.

"Okay. Bye babe, have fun!" He exclaimed, kissing me. I kissed back, not wanting it to end. We eventually had to pull apart to catch our breath. Justin pulled me into a hug and whispered "Bye Riles" in my ear. It sent shivers down my back. "Bye Jay," I whispered back, "I'll be back in about an hour or two."

"Alright bye," he said as I walked out of the door and shut it behind me. I texted Hanna saying I was on my way as I slid into my car and drove down the street.

Hanna's POV:

I was waiting for Riley to get here as she walked through the entrance.

"Hey Ri," I said while pulling her into a hug.

"Hey Hanna," she replied while hugging back, "lets go find our outfits!"

We walked into Forever 21 & walked over to the dresses. "How's this one?" I asked Riley referring to a beautiful turquoise dress that was embedded in fake diamonds across the chest. "I love it," she squealed, "it'll look perfect on you!"

"Thanks, I'm going to go try it on!"

"Alright, I wanna see when you do though!"

"Okay, one second," I replied while walking into the dressing room. I slipped off my clothes and pulled the dress on. I must admit, it looked amazing on me. It fit my curves perfectly & made me look tanner than I already was. I was for sure buying it. I walked out of the dressing room to show Riley. I did a mini fashion show for her and she said she loved it and I had to get it. I walked back into the dressing room, acting like a model, and took the dress off. I put my clothes back on and skipped out to go find Riley. She was by the dresses and she held a beautiful purple dress with rhinestones around the waist band. "It's beautiful," I said barely above a whisper, "go try it on!!"

"I was going to!" She said as she walked into the dressing room.

Riley's POV:

While Hanna was in the dressing room changing, I walked back over to the dresses and found the perfect one. It was a beautiful color of purple with stunning rhinestones around the waste band.

"It's beautiful," I heard Hanna whisper, "go try it on!"

"I was going to!" I smiled at her as I walked into the dressing room. I slipped on the dress an it was perfect. It hugged my curves and made my tan glow. 'I am totally getting this' I thought to myself. I took some mirror pictures and them put my clothes back on. I walked out of the dressing room and told Hanna I was going to check out. She said "me too!" And we walked to the cashier. We paid for our dresses and walked out.

"Time to go look for some shoes!" I exclaimed, not being able to hide my excitement.

"Lets go!" Hanna smiled while walking into Journey's.

Shopping was really successful. I found the perfect pair of sparkly heels to go with my dress, while Hanna found white pumps that made her legs look amazing!

I pulled into my driveway and walked to my front door. I pulled out the key from under the Mat and walked in to find Justin sitting on the couch watching a movie.

"Hey babe," Justin said smiling as he got up off the couch, "what'd you get?"

"You'll have to wait and see!" I smirked. "Ugh, okay! Go get dressed we are leaving in an hour," he smiled, "I'm going home to get ready ill pick you up at 7?"

"Sounds amazing," I said hugging him. "Alright, bye Riles." He replied kissing me softly on the lips. He pulled away and walked out of the door. Time to get ready!

I bounced up the stairs and took a shower. I got out and wrapped a towel around me. I blow-dried my hair. When I was done I applied light foundation, blush, silver eyeshadow, sparkly eyeliner, & mascara. What? I had to look good. I walked into my room and pulled on my dress. 'Perfect' I thought to myself. I skipped back into the bathroom and loosely curled my hair. It flowed down my back and over my shoulders making my face fuller. I pulled on my silver pumps and grabbed my phone and headed downstairs. I looked at the time & it was 5 Til 7. 'Perfect timing' I thought as the doorbell rang. I slowly walked to the door and opened it to reveal a smiling Justin. When he saw me his jaw was literally touching the floor.

"W-wow. Y-you look a-amazing," he stuttered. I chuckled. "Thanks Jay, so do you." I smiled, looking up at him.  

"Shall we?" He asked. "We shall" I agreed.

I hopped into the car and Justin shut my door for me. "Thanks," I mumbled, Blushing. He walked over to his side and slid in. 'This must be a fancy restaurant,' I thought, 'Justin's wearing a tux.' The tux fit him perfectly, making him look more grown up & mature. He had a purple bow-tie that matched my dress perfectly. That was totally a coincidence.

We arrived at the restaurant & it was beautiful. Hanna and Christian were already sitting at our table. Hanna looked stunning & I could tell Christian thought so as well. They were holding hands under the table and having a conversation of there own. He was head-over-heels for her & so was she for him. They were perfect.

The waitress came shortly after me and Jay arrived. We all ordered and ate. We made small talk throughout our double-date, and I must say, it was the bet date I've ever been on. I was with my Bestfriends & boyfriend, and we were all filled with joy. I never wanted it to end.
