"Shut up" I giggle as the phone clicks off
"You just blush so much. Your face is as red as a tomato" Delaney laughs and I put my head in my hands
"If my face is red now, I can't imagine what my face looked like at dinner" I groan recalling our conversation
"Why would you be embarrassed at dinner?" Emma asks and then rolls her eyes "Please do not tell me you are that girl that goes to dinner and gets all embarrassed to eat in front of a guy because - "
"No! Thats not it" I stop her before she can go on a full rant "Our whole conversation was basically about sex"
"Well, it's not like you haven't tried before" Delaney says and I shoot her a look "What? You can make moves on him but it's embarrassing to talk about?"
"Yes, but it's different in the heat of the moment, you know that" I say and she smirks "Talking about it is weird. It's like planning it, it's just not sexy"
"Clearly you've never sexted" Delaney jokes and I laugh
"Xavier and I haven't had that talk yet" Emma says proudly
"You already had sex though" Delaney says
"But we were drunk, it's not the same" She says, slightly offended
"It is the same. Having sex is having sex" Delaney shrugs
"No it's not!" Emma says loudly and I sigh, knowing there is now going to be a debate on this "we were drunk, so it was a hook-up! When we actually have sex for the first time, then it will be sex"
"That doesn't even make sense! Sex is sex. It doesn't matter if you are drunk or not" Delaney huffs and Emma takes out her phone
"What are you doing?" Delaney and I ask at the same time
"Calling Xavier, he'll tell you" She says in a harsh tone
"Don't call Xavier" I groan "I really don't want to know what he has to say, this discussion is dumb"
"No, go on Emma. He will say the same thing as me" Delaney snaps
"Delaney" I hiss and she crosses her arms
Emma scowls and presses Xavier's number, putting it on speaker. I sigh and after a few rings the phone clicks on.
"Hey, you in jail again?" He jokes
"Ha, no" Emma says quickly "I need you to settle something for me"
"Alright" He says, his tone a little more serious
I can hear Harry say something in the background, but I can't make it out.
"When we hooked up in the summer, that was just a hook up right? Like that did not count as our first time because Delaney is trying to tell me that it is and that sex is sex, but we were drunk" She says and I roll my eyes at how dumb this is
"Em, why don't we talk about this when it is just me and you, it's not really a group topic" He says softer as Emma's face becomes horror struck and Delaney's becomes smug
"Xavier, it was just a hook up right?" She presses
"Yes, but sex is sex, Emma. I don't understand"
"It's not just sex!" She huffs and drops the phone before storming off down the hall.
"Em?" He asks and Delaney picks up the phone
She switches it off speaker and I frown at her. I get up and slowly make my way down the hall to the bathroom, where I can see Emma is hiding. As I approach it, I hear small sobs and I sigh. Why couldn't they just leave it alone? I knock on the door softly and the sobs halt. I lean closer to the door before speaking.
