A week later, I still couldn't get our conversation out of my head. Id been pondering on the fact that maybe he lied. I don't see how he could regret it, because he did it all over again two more times. Maybe he just said those things so I didnt feel bad. Over the past week I had also grown more attached to Harry, I felt like we had a connection now, the bond he spoke about. Everyday I would rush Emma to the cafeteria so I could see him.
"Slow down" Emma giggles as I drag her to our table
I quickly move to the side Harry is sitting on and plop down next to him, earning me a few smirks from everyone else. I roll my eyes and feel Harry's arm wrap around my waist as he kisses the top of my head as a 'hello'. I smile and take out my lunch, beginning to eat my sandwich. I look up at Harry after taking a bit and he grins down at me.
"Did you make that?" He asks and I nod, swallowing "Can I have some?"
I grin and hand him the other half. He takes it and takes a huge bite. I roll my eyes and turn my attention back to Delaney, who is trying to get everyone to look at her.
"So, I was thinking we could all go on a friends vacation during Christmas break"
"Where to?" I ask
"I want to go somewhere tropical, like Florida or Mexico" Delaney smiles and everyone nods
"My dad knows the CEO of the Four Seasons" Harry says and I look up at him "We went to Hawaii before and it was unbelievable, Im sure I could get us a sweet deal there"
"Hawaii?" We all say
"Yeah, have you guys ever been?"
"Isn't that like crazy expensive? Especially the Four Seasons?"
"Hold on" He says, letting go of my side and walking away from the table, taking out his phone
"How in the hell are we going to pay for that?" Emma whispers
"Im not made of money, hell, my parents have wanted to go there my entire life, but it's like crazy" Xavier whispers back
"Maybe he can get a good price if his father knows the guy" I say, hoping it's true
Harry comes back a few seconds later and sits down. We all stare at him as he takes another bite of my sandwich and then starts to talk again.
"My dad said he has a few stays available to him for no charge and we can use one. It would be one week in Maui, and we would be staying in a suite of course and he said he could probably squeeze a few other things out of him" Harry says calmly and we all gawk at him
"Well, I " Delaney starts "I mean, so, we would just pay for flights or we, I mean, what?"
"No, everything is paid for if you guys are game. Advantages of having a father who always works" He says and I squeeze his side "We could probably go in January for the week"
"WE'RE GOING TO HAWAII!" Emma squeals and I smile
We all start to talk about it for a while and then break off into our own little conversations. Emma and Delaney talk about how exciting it is going to be, while Xavier watches them. I look about Harry, his expression unreadable, before I reach up and pull him into a hug so that I can whisper in his ear.
"What's wrong?" I ask
"Nothing" He says and releases me
I frown and look down at the table. So I always have to tell him what's wrong but he doesn't have to tell me? I huff and begin to talk to everyone. After a few more minutes, I look over at the back wall of the cafeteria, noting the time before gathering my things. I look around and notice of the cafeteria is almost empty. Delaney looks at me and looks around too. She quickly gets up and starts to get her things as well. I grabbed Harry's hand and pull him up from the table.
