I wake up to Katie leaning over me and shaking me. I open my eyes and stare at her. She starts laughing and sits down on the side of my bed, trying to control herself.

"What do you want?" I grumble, pulling a pillow over my head

"You looked like I was here to murder you" She laughs "Mom told me to come get you because dinner is ready"

"What time is it?"

"Six-thirty" She smiles and then runs out of my room, back down the stairs.

I slowly get out of bed and stretch as I walk to the door. I make my way out to the hall and down the stairs. As I enter the dining room, I see that everyone is already sitting at the table, waiting for me. I smile and take my seat next to Katie, who smirks at me and then digs in to the food. We all fill our plates and quietly start to eat. After a minute, I put my fork down and shakily begin to talk to my mother.

"So, are we doing anything after christmas this year?" I ask and she looks up

"No, I don't think so" She says and turns to my father "Are we, Greg?"

"Nope" He states "We spent all summer away. That's enough travelling for one year"

"Okay" I smile and take another bite of food

"Why are you asking?" My mother asks and I swallow quickly

"Well, Delaney, Emma and I said that in our last year of high school we really wanted to do a big trip together, because after this year we probably aren't going to see each other much" I say and look down at my plate "So, I was wondering if I could go to Hawaii with them and everyone after christmas"

"Hawaii?" My mother almost chokes "Do you know how much that will cost?"

"For how long?" My father asks

"Harry's father can get us to go for free and it would only be for a week"

"Who is all going?" My mother asks

"Me, Emma, Delaney, Harry and Xavier" I smile and watch my fathers expression change

"The boys are going?" He asks

"Dad, they're our friends too" I say "They wont do anything"

"I don't know how I feel about you staying with two teenage boys for a week" My father says and I roll my eyes

"Your father and I will discuss this later, Lea" My mother says

"Okay" I sigh

My mother has always been the one to compromise and try to make sure that everyone is happy. We continue eating and listening to Katie talk about some funny thing that she and Gemma did during recess today. When we are all finished, I help my mother clear the table and offer to help her with the dishes, figuring it would be the only alone time I would get with her. My father and Katie always some how disappear from the room when doing the dishes is mentioned. We stand at the sink, my mother scrubbing a food splatter on a plate and I would take them and dry them as soon as she finished. I take a deep breath and walk over to the cupboard with one of the large plates to put away.

"Mom?" I ask quietly

"Mhm"

"I need to tell you something, but you can't freak out" I say carefully and she stops washing the dish she is holding

"Oh god" She says and turns around to stare at me "Are you pregnant?"

"What?" I gasp "No!"

"Oh thank god" She breathes and I hold back a laugh

"I just wanted to tell you that Harry and I are dating"

"Dating? Since when?"

"Maybe a moth ago?" I smile "I just waited to tell you incase it didn't work out, but I really like him"

"Lea" She smiles and pulls me in to a hug "Im so happy for you"

"Thanks" I blush "Would you want to meet him?"

"Of course!" She cheers "How about next Friday? Ill have to go and get some things and oh my, what are we going to tell your father?"

"Well, I guess I will have to tell him that we are dating" I sigh "So there is absolutely no way he is going to let me go to Hawaii now"

"Ill talk to him, darling" My mother smiles and hugs me again "Now, go relax. It's already late"

"Okay" I say, sitting the dish towel on the counter "Thanks mom"

"Anytime" She smiles

I run up the stairs to my room quickly and gather my things before heading to the washroom. I quickly shower and, when Im done, I walk back to my room. I quickly braid my hair and lay down on my bed. I pick up my phone off the side table and start to text Harry, but I decide to just call instead. I hold the phone up to my ear and listen as it rings. After about ten rings, it finally clicks on, and a heavy breathing Harry begins to talk.

"Hey, Lea"

"Harry? Why are you so out of breath?" I ask

"I, um, Im working out" He breaths

"You work out?"

"Im not trying to be cocky, but how do you think I stay in shape?" He chuckles

"Oh, yeah, I guess that makes sense" I mutter, feeling dumb

"So, what's up?"

"I told them" I say "Well, I told my mom, that we are dating. I didn't tell my dad, my mom said she would tell him. She wants to have dinner with you next Friday"

"Why didn't you tell your dad?" He asks "And I will come next Friday, maybe I will just pick Gemma up after school and she can come too to hang out with Katie"

"I didn't tell my dad because he will freakout and not let me go to Hawaii and lecture me about being safe with boys and it will just be really embarrassing" I frown

"What's going to happen to me next Friday?" He asks, faking being scared

"You are going to get lectured" I say seriously "He's probably just going to say that if you lay a finger on me, he will kill you"

"I would never" He responds "Now, I don't mean to cut this short, but Im going to lose all my motivation to work out if I stay on the phone with you"

"Okay" I say "Ill see you tomorrow"

"Of course, bye Lea"

"Bye" I smile and hang up

I sit on my bed, biting my lip and smiling like an idiot. I go to text Delaney, but I catch the time out of the corner of my eye. I sigh and slide my phone back on to my nightstand before plugging it in and turning off my lamp. The room fills with darkness and I fall asleep quickly.

I wake up a few hours later, covered in sweat and gasping for air. Tears spilling down my cheeks and I try to control myself. I run my fingers through the loose part of my hair and think through the dream I just had. I try hard not to cry again as I remember the car crash and the image of Harry, covered in blood. I pick up my phone and dial Harry's number. All I need to do is make sure he is okay. The phone rings in my ear and then it finally clicks on.

"Hello?" He asks, his beautifully raspy voice is music to my ears

"Harry" I breathe "Thank God"

"Lea?" He asks "Are you alright?"

"Yeah, Im fine. Sorry I bothered you" I apologize and hang up, laying back down

I close my eyes and drift off to sleep, but as I do, I hear my phone ring again. In my dream this time around, I answer it, hearing Harry's raspy, alluring voice playing over and over again through the speaker.
