As lunch finishes, I look over at Delaney and smile. After a bit of a silence, Emma starts talking to Xavier and I finish up my conversation with Delaney. I glance over at Harry, who looks out of place sitting in a school cafeteria. He looks at me and smirks. I quickly turn my gaze away and look down at the table again.

"Lea" He asks and I look up at him slowly

"Yeah?"

"What class do you have next?" He asks, his voice as smooth as honey and I can't speak for a moment

"I, um, I have, um, English" I barley get the sentence out

What a great first impression

"I do too" Harry chuckles and I blush "Want to walk together?"

"You have English too?" Delaney asks, butting in to our conversation

"Yup" He grins

"So do Emma and Xavier!" She squeals "Oh my god! This is so perfect! We all have a class together!"

"I guess we will be walking together anyway" I say and smile at Harry

"Want to go now? I need to stop at my locker quickly"

"Oh" I breathe "Yeah, sure"

He gets up swiftly and I follow his actions. I turn and look at Delaney who winks at me. I quickly shoot her the finger and then jog to catch up to Harry.

"See you in English!" I hear Xavier call

"Ill miss you!" Harry calls back and I smile

Harry laughs a little as we walk and I steer us towards my locker. Play it cool, I think to myself. Why am I so damn nervous around him? Ive known him for all of three seconds. I take a deep breath and look up at Harry, who is walking beside me, smiling at people who pass him and giving out a few fist bumps to some jocks. I find myself staring at the dimple on his cheek again. When we get to my locker I quickly open it and grab my things.

"So, you moved here during the summer?" I ask, hiding behind the door of my locker

"Yes, from England"

"Why?"

"Change of scenery" He jokes and I let out a small laugh "No, my dad wanted to start up another business here"

"Another?" I ask

"Yeah, he owns a few things here and there. What about you? What's your story?"

"Me?" I gulp "I don't really have an interesting tale to tell you, although I wish I did"

"I hardly believe that's true. You seem pretty interesting to me" He says as I close my locker and we begin to walk again

"Nothing that is of great interest to anyone"

"Depends on the way you tell it" He shrugs as we arrive at his locker "What's your last name?"

"Zaphiris" I answer quickly

"Lea Zaphiris, it has a ring to it" He smiles and I swoon at the sound of him saying my full name

"So does Harry Styles" I grin and he raises an eyebrow

"How'd you know my last name?"

"Delaney told me" I mutter "Do you have a full name, or is it just Harry"

"Depends on who Im with" He grins

"What do you mean?"

"Well, to my family I might be Harold, but to Delaney or you, Im Harry"

"Harry" I agree

We continue on our way to English after he gathers his things. We arrive ten minutes before the bell is supposed to ring, so we take our seats and Harry begins to talk again. He tells me all about moving here and how he met Delaney. He asks me random questions about myself occasionally and I answer them. Im surprised how easy it is to talk to Harry. I have never been good at talking to guys, and Delaney has made sure i know that, but it is different with Harry. He seems actually interested in what Im saying.

The bell finally rings and I turn in my seat, gathering my things and setting them out so they are ready to use and I don't have a repeat of math class. When I look back up the class has filled and I turn to see that Delaney is sitting on my other side. She leans over and I smile at her, expecting her to make a silly comment about our English teacher.

"So, you and Harry..." She whispers, a wicked grin on her face

"Shut up" I whisper back harshly "The teacher is about to preach to us the importance of old literature"

The class seems to last forever, although, Im not really paying attention. I have to keep reminding myself to not look at Delaney or Harry, and trying to keep my body and my head facing forward is exhausting. About fifteen minutes before class ends, I give in and take a small glance at Harry, who is listening to the teacher with his full attention. I take the time to look over his face, trying to memorize every aspect of it and then I look down at his arms, taking in some of his tattoos. As I'm looking, His arm moves and I look up to see him grinning. I quickly turn myself back to the front and glance back again. To my own disappointment, It's not me he is grinning at, It's Elle.

I frown as she whispers something inaudible to me and Harry smiles at her and nods. I can't help but feel a small pang of jealousy. I clearly misread his conversation with me earlier. I catch Elle looking at me and she smirks. I huff and look down at my desk. Great, now Im sulking like a two year old over some guy I barley know. Besides, why would Harry go for me when he could have Elle anyway. The bell sweeps me away from my thoughts once again and I walk over to Delaney, who is waiting at the door for me.

"I have math. So maybe Ill see you at our lockers if you don't head home before me"

"Okay" I smile and watch her wander off

I see Harry pass me and head in the same direction, so I assume he also has math. I quickly make my way to my locker and grab my gym things. I make my way back to the change room and, a few minutes later, emerge in to the gym. Just like Emma said, the rest of the class is spent playing dodgeball. I mentally pelt Elle with balls for wearing those stupid short-shorts that you can basically see her butt in, but I never dare to throw a ball in her direction.

Gym passes quickly and the bell finally sounds, letting me know I can go home and finishes the ridiculous amount of math homework I have. By the time I make my way across the school and back to my locker, almost everyone is gone. I grab my things from my locker quickly and head back out the front doors, walking at a quicker pace to get home.
