18. { before and after }

Me and the other members went down the stage as we finished performing our part of the SMTOWN concert.

Our make-up noonas handed towels to all 12 of us, and retouched the make-up that melted, as I immediately wiped my sweat off.

Kapagod, pero worth it.

"Okay, guys!" Tawag ni Suho hyung. Lumapit kaming lahat sa kanya and held out all our hands at the middle.

"EXO, SARANGHAJA!" sigaw naming lahat. I smiled and walked away, nagpaalam akong pumunta ng CR.

On my way there, nakita ko ang isang jewel ng SNSD. She looked fantastic with her curled and brunette hair, her dazzling eyes, and albeit she wasn't smiling, her icy atmosphere is cold enough to warm my heart.

"Jessica," i stop her. She looked up from her cellphone, at napatingin sa'kin. I smiled at her, at unti-unti naman siyang napangiti sa akin.

"You did well on your previous stage, Kris-ssi." Shit, she praised me. My smile grew wider.

"Thanks. Ah, Jessica-ssi," napahawak ako sa batok ko. "Good luck on SNSD's next stage, and to you as well. Fighting!"  Sabi ko. Damn, kung alam niya lang kung gaano ko tinry na di mautal.

"Thanks, Kris-ssi. I'll go ahead, pahinga ka." She tapped my back as she walked away. Napangiti ako ng malaki, shit. Halata bang gustong-gusto ko si Jessica?

Naglakad ako papunta sa dressing room at humiga sa couch dun sa tabi. I liked Jessica for 2 years, simula training days pa. Kaso, ngayon niya lang ako napansin kasi kaka-debut lang namin. Di niya rin kasi ako kilala noong nagte-train pa ako eh, I'd always see her rushing back and fro from the practice room.

Hindi niya kasi masyadong pinapansin ang mga trainees, she seldomly talks to us before. Maliban sa isa, si Suho hyung.

"Hyung," I say to him as I walk towards where he was seated. He was instructing the other members sa anong gagawin pagka-uwi. Tumutulo ang mga pawis namin, today's practice has been extra hard.

But Suho hyung, he's a good leader. He's responsible, at kahit anong pagod he can still smile. That's why he was chosen by President Lee as our group's overall leader.

"Okay, sige. Sehunnie, sabihin mo kay Chen na ipatanggal na niya yung dinikit niyang CD sa bubong, naiiyak na si Yixing." Pahabol niyang sabi habang paalis na lahat ng members, I'm pretty sure they'll just eat outside, against Suho hyung's orders. They never follow him unless they want something, haha.

"Hyung," I repeat as I sit beside him. Pinahiran niya ang sarili niya gamit sa face towel na inabot ko sa kanya.

"Hmm?" Tugon niya.

"Are you going out with Jessica noona mamaya?"

"Yeah, kasama sina Yuri tsaka Minho. Why? Wanna come with us?" I want to hyung, so I'd get closer with Jessica noona.

"Ah, wag na. By the way hyung, can I ask a favor?" I trail off.

"Sure, ano ba yun?"

"Hyung, pwede mo ba akong tulungan maging close kay Jessica noona?" Matagal siyang nakasagot. I look at him expectantly.

"A-ah, syempre! Bakit, crush mo?" He asked and laughed. I look down, smiling. But I knew that something wasn't right about his laugh.
