Chapter 12

Catie's POV 

"Eleanor!!" Louis squealed while jumping into El's arms.  

"Well hello to you too!" Eleanor said laughing.  

That was it that was the only thing that needed to happen. Louis looked over at me as the tears began to brim my eyes. I can't do this. I gotta get out.  

"I-I-I have to go use the Lou" I lied and ran away quickly. I heard Harry start to call after me but I didn't stop I just ran strait to the bathroom and locked the door behind me. I let quiet sobs fall down my face as I slid down the wall and onto the floor. I grabbed my purse and Looked for something sharp. I found a safety pin and broke it apart. I stood up and lifted up my shirt looking into the mirror. I started to cut but then I got a better idea and I attempted to carve the three words that I hated the most.

FAT

UGLY

WORTHLESS

of course I was all of those things. I winced in pain when I touched the little bloody letters. I started to wipe my tears away as I heard a knock on the door and two faint female voices call out.  

"Catie? Catie it's me Perrie. Are you alright love?"  

"Catie it's me Dani, please come out."  

I sigh and pull my shirt down and shove the safety pin in my purse and I open the door slowly.  

"H-h-hi" I stutter as Perrie and Dani pull me into a hug. Perrie was the first one to brake the embrace, "What's wrong baby girl?" She asked sweetly.  

"It's nothing" I look away but Dani pulls my face back to face them.  

"Thats not true. What's wrong? You can tell us we won't tell we promi...." She got cut off by Harry. Oh yeah Harry.....  

"Cate! Baby is everything okay?!"  

"Perfect now that your here" I lie with a smile and give him a peck on the cheek. He smiles but then the smile goes away and he gives me a 'Tell me later?' look. I nod and grab his hand smiling reassuringly. We walk back to the other boys and Eleanor. She walks up to me when I walk back up and pulls me into a hug, "Hi! I don't believe we've met before! I'm Eleanor!!" She practically squealed into my ear. She was beautiful I had to admit, but she seemed kind of..... Fake. (A/N I love Eleanor so this is so not true!!(: ) but I realized she was watching me waiting for me to reply.  

"Hi! I'm Catie, nice to meet you!" I squealed with just as much excitement as she did. We went to StarBucks and all ordered coffee and then we sat down and talked for a while. We were having a great time, I was snuggled up next to Harry on the little couch they have and it just felt right.

I turned around and looked back at him while giving him a light kiss on the lips. I smiled then got up dragging Harry up with me. I excused ourselves and pulled Harry out of StarBucks and towards some stores.

"Would you care to tell me where we are going, love?" He laughed as I pulled him towards a row of stores.  

"We are gonna have some fun!" I laughed at his expression as I pulled him into Claire's. We walked/jogged over to the Wigs and started putting some goofy ones on. We took out our phones and started taking pictures of eachother.

We went through and tried on almost everything in every store and took random pictures of eachother and of both of us together. We had a ball and it wad fantastic!  

"You are so much fun Baby you know that?" Harry laughed as he put his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him.  

"I've been told a couple of times" I smirked. He just laughed and then stopped dead when we stopped in front of the waterfall that was in the middle of the Mall, and he told me to sit and wait there then ran off in the direction of a jewelry store.

Harry's POV

I was having so much fun with Catie, she is a great gall! I really think I love her. But I don't know how to tell her. When we get done with our little fashion show in EVERY STORE we walk out laughing.  

"You are so much fun Baby you know that?" Ilaughed and put my arm around Catie's waist and pulled her closer to me.  

"I've been told a couple of times"She smirked. I just laughed and then stopped dead when we stopped in front of the waterfall that was in the middle of the Mall, I told her to sit and wait there then I ran off in the direction of a jewelry store.

***In jewelry store*** 

I walked up to the counter and looked at the lady running the cash register.  

"Hi How can I help you today?" she asked cheerfully.  

"I need something that I could use to tell me girlfriend that I love her." I explained and she smiled.  

"I have just the thing," She said, "Be right back!" I nodded and waited as she ran back from the backroom.

She handed me a little black box and I opened it. Inside of it was A Heart shaped locket.  

"You can have anything engraved in it that you want. And I can put a picture in there for you as well." She explained. I looked up and smiled at her.  

"It's perfect!"  

"Fantastic!! What would you like engraved in it?" She asked.  

"I love you Catie. But the Catie is spelt with a C, C-A-T-I-E." I said quickly. Shevlaughed and nodded.  

"It'll be done in a second." She said before running back into the back room. I sat down and started tapping my foot nervously. The lady was back in about three minutes and I quickly paid for the necklace thanked the lady and ran back out to see Catie still sitting at the waterfall. She looked stunning. I mustered up a lotbof courage and walked up and sat right in front of Catie.

Catie's POV  

Where'd he go? Did I scare him off? Of course classic Catie, scare off the one boyfriend you've ever had! Way to go!!

No stop thinking that! I told myself. He's just using the Lou or something..... I'll just stay here like he said. He promised he would he right back... And I hope he will keep that promise.

I'm interrupted out of my thoughts by someone sitting in front of my. I glance over to see that mop of curls and sparkling green eyes that I LOVE!  

"Harry!!" I shout and pull him into a hug.  

"Catie! Hey babe!" He said cheerfully.  

"Why aré you all cheerful?" I laugh and he laughs with me but then gets serious and pulls something from behind his back and hands it to me. I grab it and he gestures for me to open it. I'm hesitant but I open up the cute little box and see a gorgeous heart shaped locket. I smile widely and look up at Harry.  

"This is beaut...." I begin.  

"No shhh you haven't seen it all! Flip it over." He commands and I do as I'm told. I look closely and see the words 'I Love You Catie' Engraved into the locket. I look up at Harry and he is smiling the biggest, cutest smile EVER. I swear his dimples were popping out. I smile just as wide as he does and pull his face towards mine. Our lips lock and I kiss him passionately, he soon kisses back and when we pull away Harry starts blushing.  

"I love you Catie" He whispers still blushing.  

"*I love you too Harry!!" I smile back and feel my lips get a little heated. I pull him into a kiss once again after he puts the locket around my neck.
