"You!!"
Jordan shrugged, hastily wrapping the apron around his waist. The girl furrowed her eyebrows and tossed her hair onto the back of her shoulder, before groaning in frustration.
"What are you doing here?!" She yelled, arms crossed.
Jordan rolled his eyes and placed a hat with the shop logo on his head. "I'm not here for you." Jordan spat out the last word. "All I am here for is to get out of debt. Why does everything have to be money here?"
The girl twirled around and took a customer's order. She smiled sweetly and talked in a gentle tone. She wrote the order down on a small sheet of paper before handing it to Jordan.
"I don't know where you come from, but money is the way make a living here." She scoffed. "Now you better get to work."
The girl walked away to take another customer's order. Once again, she used her kind facade. Jordan frowned at her before beginning to set up the order.
"How does this thing work..?" Wag murmured, pressing a button on some sort of machine.
On top it spelt : Coffee Machine. A dark brown liquid began to spew out of the mini machine. Wag watched in amazement as the brown, heated substance filled the cup he had placed.
Sonja on the other hand, carefully observed the cupcakes, taking a bit out of each kind. She would complain or judge them by versing them with her cupcakes from Dagrun.
Tom and Tucker were assigned the dirty work. (No, not what you think, ya crazy minded people. Hahah xD who am I kidding, I'm on the same boat) They were stuck in the kitchen creating all the pastries and desserts.
"I don't know the first thing in making desserts..." Tucker murmured, poking the dough placed firmly on the counter.
"Well, I guess I have some experience. I have done some cooking in the past..." Tom responded mixing the batter in a large bowl.
Tucker snickered and patted Tom's shoulder. "Sure. You baking without burning the whole building down. By the way, cooking and baking are two whole different things, bud." Tom growled, making Tucker step back a bit.

For the whole day, something in Jordan's chest bothered him. He felt uncomfortable around the lady he had met at Foodie Touches. He needed to get that feeling off his chest.
Just being around her made him nervous. As Foodie Touches began to close and everybody was starting to leave, Jordan confronted her. "Look, I know we started off rough."
"No duh." She scoffed, untying her apron. She pulled out her ponytail, her long, wavy brunette hair landing gracefully on her shoulders. She was stunning.
Jordan stared at her in amazement. She looked like an angel from heaven. Once again, Jordan was mesmerized by her beauty.
Her hair complimented her angelic eyes perfectly. Everything about her reminded Jordan of someone. He just couldn't put his finger on it.
She frowned and crossed her arms. "Well? Go on with it, don't have all day ya know."
She was hard headed and independent... Just like a girl in his memories. Why could he remember this girl? Have they met before? Jordan was sure he had seen her somewhere...
"I-I just wanted to say, can we start over..?" Jordan asked, extending his hand. "Hi, my name is Jordan." The girl lifted up one eyebrow.
He coughed and led her eyes to his hand. "Just do it." She rolled her eyes before extending her own for a handshake. "Hi. I'm Katie."
Jordan's eyes widened. A sudden strike of pain entered his body. Not physical, but mental pain. All the memories came flooding back.
Jordan took another glance at Katie. Just looking at her made his heart ache. It felt as if his heart was being torn apart. He knew he remembered this girl...
For the first time in the day, Katie gave Jordan a concerned look. "Ye okay der, Jardon?" Her voice too... Why did she have to remind him of her..?
Was Jordan hearing things? "Jardon, what be te problem?" He cupped his ears in his hands and closed his eyes. Jordan was on the verge of tears.
He sat down on a chair for the moment, trying to avoid eye contact with Katie. Katie must be Capsize's alter ego. Jordan felt a strong, large hand on his shoulder.
"Sparklez, you okay?" A familiar British voice questioned. Tom.
Jordan looked up at him, tears running down his cheeks. Tom's eyes widened as he turned around to Katie. "What did you do to him?!" He yelled.
Katie was at a loss of words. She didn't know what just happened. Jordan literally had a mental breakdown then and there. She didn't expect that!
"I-I don't know! He just... He just broke down for some reason!"
Tom glared at her before turning back to Jordan. "Mate, ya gotta tell me what happened."
Jordan looked up at him again, wiping the tears away. "I-it's not her fault..." He murmured. He needed to regain his self-esteem. He didn't dare to look at Katie again.
"I just wanna get outta here."
Jordan stood back up and headed for the front door. Just then, a small delicate hand grabbed his hands. "Wait." A voice, obviously Katie's, demanded. "Jordan, look at me."
Jordan hesitantly took her order and met Katie's gleaming eyes. "Whatever I did, I am sorry." She apologized, frowning. Guilt struck Jordan.
"N-no it's not you... It's me... I've just been through some tough shit." He responded. He realized Katie was still holding his hand, not letting go.
Jordan blushed slightly, looking at her small hand placed perfectly in his. Katie realized she was still holding onto him as well, letting go and flushing in embarrassment.
As Katie was aware of it as well, she hastily tugged it away. After a few moments of silence, Katie thought of a brilliant idea. The group didn't have a place to stay, so why not ask them to stay with her brother and herself for the night?
"Hey, how about this. Since you and your friends are new here, I can let you guys stay at my place for a bit!" She explained. "I don't think my brother would mind!"
Jordan, unsure of this offer, agreed. They wouldn't have enough money to stay at a hotel tonight, so why not? Besides, it's only one night. Jordan and Katie explained to the others of the plan, which they gladly accepted. Well, we will see how this plays out...
