After hours of ridiculous rounds of CS GO, some board games, and hilarious moments of driving Katie's brother insane, it seemed everybody was beginning to get tired. After all, it was almost midnight, which meant chaos was at its peek in the city.

Midnight seemed to be the time when all the villains and blasted thieves would do their bidding.

"You sleep either on the couch, or on the ground. Your choice." Katie explained, picking up some bed sheets. Tom huffed, grabbing the rest of the blankets Katie set up for him.

"Couch will be good, but your bed would be better, babe." He smirked, coming closer to Katie.

She frowned and pushed him away disapprovingly. "I'm sorry Tom, I can't. I have a boyfriend." She lied. She bit her lip, trying to seem casual about it. Tom shrugged, walking to the couch and placed the sheets down.

"Jordan would be disappointed..." He murmured, settling down the blankets. Katie turned around coming face to face with him.  "What..?" She questioned, her angelic eyes gleaming with some shock and confusion.

"Nothing!" Tom covered it up, a large grin plastered on his face.

Jordan was slightly happy about staying with Wag. If he had slept in the same room as Katie, he may have just bonded with her, which was a terrible thought. As much as he wanted to get to know her, he knew that all would go down the drain.

He couldn't imagine risking her life with his shenanigans. After multiple failed attempts in protecting those he loved, he now understood he shouldn't put other people at risk for his consequences.

"You know, her don't you." Wag declared, snapping Jordan out of thought. His back was laid against a wall, his arms crossed. He wore some pajamas which surprisingly fit him perfectly. Jordan frowned.

"I do, but I don't." Jordan corrected. They exchanged looks, Wag growing at him, utterly confused. Jordan sighed and began to explain thoroughly.

"It's a really easy concept, actually." Jordan began, sitting down on the finely sheeted bed. "Do you remember... Capsize..?" Just saying her same made Jordan shiver. Wag, suddenly interested, nodded in agreement.

"I may be wrong about this, but I think Katie might just be her alter ego." Jordan explained. "I just have this feeling..." He drifted off. He tried to continue, but his mouth refused to explain in a right manner. All Jordan could say was; "I worry for her..."

Wag sat beside Jordan and patted his back. "I know how you feel. I feel the same about Martha." Just then, Wag's eyes widened. "Martha!!" He gasped, running towards the window. Raindrops crashed onto the windows heavily like hail.

That's right, what happened to the others? Where were they, and most of all, where were they staying? They could be just outside, soaking wet, their clothes in tatters. Who knew what they were experiencing as the five lazily slept in comforting beds, wearing warm attire.

Wag and Jordan both frowned at the thought of their friends' misfortunes. But now was not the time to think about such things. They had to put it aside and go to sleep. Or at least they had tried to.

A sudden bang came from outside, startling Wag and Jordan. Both of them looked outside the window, hoping they could find the cause for such a loud ruckus.

"Jeremiah!! What was that?!" Axel whisper-yelled, punching Jeremiah's shoulder. He frowned and glared at Axel ominously behind his mask.
