Katie's POV
"Jordan? Jordan, wake up! Please..." I begged, shaking him.
No response. Tears began to stain my cheeks as I kept shaking his limp body furiously. I give up and hugged him tightly. He was the best friend- no, the only friend I had. (Yeah, I did it. They are still in the friend zone :P)
"Do not fret, my dear. He shall wake very soon." ~€{¥•! declared, stroking my hair and pulling me to her side.
"What happened to him..?!" I cried, looking into her eyes. She smiled lightly, yet didn't respond. She knew what happened; obviously she knew what happened! She's a queen for gods sake!
I frowned and glanced at her for a moment. Her smile quickly disappeared and was replaced with a serious look. She understood I was terrified, and decided to explain.
"He... He's just going through a... How shall I put this... Oh! A flashback!" She exclaimed as she thought of the word. "For now, shall we find a much comfortable place for him to rest until he has awoken?"
I nodded and turned around back to Jordan. I wonder what he's having a flashback of...

Jordan had woken up with a start, his breath uneven and him constantly gasping. I touched his shoulder to settle him down, smiling at him with a reassuring look. Jordan pulled me into a hug, tears flowing down his cheeks rapidly.
I accepted it, hugging back. Jordan was there for me, now I have to be there for him. I quickly turned around, realizing how crazy Jordan's reaction would be if he saw her. To my surprise, ~€{¥•! had disappeared out of thin air.
I rolled my eyes and huffed. "Of course she would leave..." I muttered under my breath. Jordan glanced at me, obviously confused. Tear marks stained his cheeks and his eyes were bloodshot. My shirt was soaking wet too.
"S-she..?" He asked. "Who i-is sh-e?" I frowned, realizing my mistake. Did she want Jordan to see her yet? This might be a crazy thing for him. I am the only one who has seen her and believes in her.
I laughed, trying to cover it up. "She..? I meant-" I was soon cut off by a familiar voice. "Katie meant me." ~€{¥•! explained, appearing in front of Jordan. His eyes widened as ~€{¥•! landed gracefully in front of him, her violet hair blowing with the wind.
"My lady!" Jordan gasped, letting go of me. His lady? I don't know why, but I frowned at the thought. I crossed my arms, glaring at ~€{¥•!. She caught my glare, sending me an apologetic look.
"You know her?" I asked bitterly, pointing at ~€{¥•!. Jordan nodded, not taking his eyes off the crowned woman. His face was blank, as if he were deep in thought.

I had just left my reactor and entered my specter dimension. Many people I had past by had told me to check on Ianite, so I took their advice. After all, I did make a portal at her house in the end to see her.
The last time I saw her was at the pool in my blood magic room just a few days ago. She had told me she could not fulfill her duties as a goddess, and had said her followers shall take her place.
She was acting odd that day. To tell you the truth, a few weeks before we met at the pool, she seemed uneasy and always wanted to be with me. The words she spoke at the pool... That wasn't her.
Ianite was always happy and curious, just as a mortal would do. I had been confused about it ever since the talk. She had been serious about the topic, and said she had to retreat to the end immediately.
As I entered the end, I had realized it was awfully quiet. The end is usually solitary, and it would be a great place to meditate or pray. But today seemed different. Something in my chest told me something was wrong.
Once walking, I sped up, and in the end I ended up running. I knocked on Ianite's door, hoping she would answer. No response. I turned the doorknob, realizing the door was open.
I hastily ran in, searching for Ianite. She was not there. I left her house and searched around the island. It didn't take me long to realize there was a large statue just behind her house.
"I-Ianite..?" I murmured, observing the large structure. I was positive it was her. I stopped in place and reached out to it. With a single touch of my finger, it all turned to ashes.
I watched in shock as Ianite had slowly began to incinerate into ash. Stunned and terrified, I had fell to my knees in horror. Tears began to form in my eyes as the pile of ash fell to the ground.
"Ianite..." I muttered under my breath, the tears running rapidly down my face.

Jordan's POV
"Jordan. Earth to Jordan. JORDAN!" Katie snapped. I shook the thought out of my head. A warm line of some sort of liquid slid across my face. I touched it, and looked at my finger. Tears. I reminded myself.
I looked back up at the woman, her looking at me in concern. "M'lady, I thought you were..." I trailed off. I saw a smile growing on her face. She knew what I was talking about, shaking her head. I forgot, this is another Ianite.
"Welcome to Alelicia, my champion." She greeted with a large, cheery smile.
Katie's POV
Her champion?! What is this shit?! My mind screaming at me. I tried to play it all cool, forcing a fake smile. Why was I so angry? I shouldn't be so tense. Besides, maybe it's a formal way of greeting each other..?
You have feelings for him. My conscious told me. I blushed lightly at the thought. I DO NOT!! I retorted, arms crossed. Okay, I am totally crazy. I'm most likely the only person who fights with themselves.
I tuned into the conversation. "M'lady," THERE IT IS AGAIN. "I have so many unanswered questions! I thought that jumping into the portal wo-" Ianite placed her finger on Jordan's lips. "Shh, my champion."
Okay, now they are just pushing it. I huffed.
Jordan sat silently, listening to Ianite speak."I am sorry your travel was not the smoothest. There was no guarantee the portal would have brought you back to the realm of Mianite." Jordan nodded, understanding what she meant.
"I have so many more questions!" Jordan exclaimed, eager as ever. Ianite giggled and extended her hand. Jordan gladly took it, as she helped him out of the bed.
"Then I shall answer them. I also have some questions about my alter selves as well." Ianite told him, as they exited the room. They had entered a different room to speak deeper into whatever they were talking about.
"Oh, no! I'm good. I totally fine that you left me here. But thanks for the offer." I told myself sarcastically as the door shut.
