Chapter 8

"You know her?"
Aqua said thinking it was their friend.
"Yes. We have been searching for her ever since she started up the Communication Hub."
Pearl looks away from Garnet as if remembering something bad.
"So she is at the kindergarten then?"
"No. She's here.."
"WHAT?!"
They tense up.
"N-no.. Let us show you."
Aqua picks up the Spinel bubble containing Peridot. Pearl holds the bubble.
"How?"
"They weren't very fond of us.. So we hurt them."
Aqua shows them Piorite's shards in her bubble.
"You shattered someone!"
Amethyst says as Pearl recoiled from the sight.
"I-is that bad?"
Aqua stuttered out.
"YOU KILLED SOMEONE!"
Pearl screamed.
Garnet walks over to Steven.
"Steven, could you go to the big doughnut and get us a few doughnuts?"
"Sure Garnet!"
Steven runs outside.
Garnet gets back up, and turns to Aqua, Star, and Ally.
"Thank you for taking care of Peridot. Please let us have her gem."
Aqua hesitantly hands it over. Garnet pops the Spinel bubble and forms her gauntlets.
"Garnet? What are you doing?!" She raises her hands a over head and prepares to break Peridot. Aqua grabs Peridot's gem and forms a bubble around it.
"Give us Peridot!"
Garnet said.
"You are going to kill her!"
Garnet prepares to strike Aqua. Aqua dodges and hands the bubble to Star. Garnet hits Aqua and she flies outside. Steven was about to walk inside as Aqua flew out. Garnet bounds out side. Aqua pulls out Emerald's sword and shield and the armor forms. Garnet starts swinging at Aqua.
'Tanz let me take over for a minute.'
Emerald's sword goes into the armor and spikes form out of the knuckles.
"Let's go just two on two."
Aqua says.
