Chapter 1

"Peridot is everything ready for the kindergarten?"
"Yes ... I'm not stupid you know."
"Just start the machine!"
"Yes ma'am."
Peridot says sarcastically. Various drills began to whir and the walls of the canyon began to glow various colors in various places. A person with pale skin and black hair flies from the wall. A gem glowing on her wrist. Multiple people with gems emanating from from various limbs burst from the walls.
'I am Muskgravite.'
Muskgravite opens her eyes and looks around, curious of her surroundings. Shortly after she gained her balance she began searching. Many of the gems retreated back to their 'birthplace'. She soon found a girl a little taller than her with deep green eyes, and light green hair and a gem on her hip. Muskgravite then realized everyone wore a sack-like material for clothes. The green haired girl was looking around the canyon walls. She then turned and saw Muskgravite.
"H-hi I'm Emerald..."
"Hello I'm Muskgravite please call me...."
Muskgravite realized she wanted a different name. She looked up to the starlit sky.
"Call me... Star."
Emerald smiled.
"Where are we?"
"I have no clue."
Both Emerald and Star were drawn to the large drills with curiosity. They look inside and see different colored gems. Emerald looks over to Muskgravite.
"Why are there gems in this..."
Emerald taps the drill. Star shrugs. They continued to investigate.
"What... Are we?"
