Chapter 37

Jade carried Emma into the house. He sat her down on the couch as Ally hesitantly got up. She walks out while Emma lies there.
"Feeling any better Emmy?"
She half smiles.
"Aside from the horrible, agonizing feeling in my body causing me to not move.... Fine."
Tanz hobbles in with bruises and mud caked on his face. He then says.
"Never tempt Star.... Ever."
Emma and Jade chuckle. Tanz wipes his face off.
"Hey Jade can me and Emma talk? Alone?"
"Sure..."
He says and looks over at Emma and walks out. Tanz walks over to the couch and sits on the floor in front of her.
"Listen... I- I'm sorry I honestly didn't think it would hurt you more.."
"It's fine."
She chuckles.
"I'm just in pain."
She looks over at him. He realizes the dark circles around her eyes.
'What have I done to her...'
She looked pained, and like she had seen horrors.
"Emma."
"Yes?"
"How long was I... Not here...
As myself?"
"2 years.... And a couple months."
Shock spread across his face. He got up and picked her up in a hug.
"I'm so sorry."
Her arms weakly hugged around him. She was crying, but she didn't let Tanz know. He squeezed.
"Ow ow ow ow ow Tanz!"
He loosed his grip.
"S-sorry he laid her back down on the couch."
He rubbed the back of his neck.
"I-I'm going outside."
She nodded. He walks outside as Jade was about to come in.
"Is she ok? I heard her in pain."
"She's fine."
He says harshly.
"Ok... Can I go check?"
"Do you not believe me?"
"I-I do I just wanna make sure."
Tanz angrily stares at him.
"Why did you bring me back anyway?"
Jade stares at his feet and sigh sighs.
"Because... She was so heartbroken... And... And I wanted her to be happy...."
Tanz's face softened.
"You brought me back for her?"
"Yes!"
A warp noise sounded off and Emma screamed. Tanz and Jade burst in the door as Star and Ally rush to the door.
"Emma!!!"
Tanz and Jade yelled in unison as the warp went off. Ally and Star enter.
"Where is she?!"
They say in unison.  Tanz and Jade shrug and stand in the warp pad searching through the recently used. Stevens house seemed was the last used to warp to. They all warp to Stevens house. Emma's scream broke the eerie silence. They run outside. Stevonnie stood there with dark black hair and a small black goo smeared on her gem.
"It's ECLIPSE GUYS HELP!!!"
