Chapter 40

"I'm Black Lace."
She said seriously. [An: The Gem is Black Lace Onyx] She placed Emma's gem on the table.
"So Eclipse is gone. Emma is going crazy, and Luna is the official 'Talk about the wrong thing and your dead' or the 'Angry One'."
Ally said.
"No.. Luna isn't the 'Angry One' you are."
Tanz said. She snapped her fingers and made a flame and swung around and put the fire close to his face.
"Darn right I am."
She said trying to be serious but was trying not to laugh.
Black Lace chuckled.
"You guys are goofy."
She said. Emma's gem lit up and then stopped. Jade ran over to it while the others talked. He picked up her gem. Looked back at them and ran into the temple. He went up to his lab and looked around the vials of varying colors. He picked up a small vial of pink tears. Then remembered how he got them.
•~Flashback~•
"Hey Emmy."
Jade said as he arrived at Emerald Forest.
"Hey Jade."
Emma said smiling again.
[This is a few months after they met, btw.]
"So what we going to do today? Explore the forest, explore the warps, go on a mission?"
"Hmm..."
Emma said tapping her chin.
"You choose."
She said finally.
"Ok.... EXPLORING DA WARPS!"
He said. Emma started to laugh. Jade held out his hand and Emma took it. The warped to A small garden with a fountain and dark pink roses everywhere. Jade held onto Emma's hand. They walked up to the fountain an saw a path woman with GINORMOUS curls.
"Who do you think that is?"
Emma questioned.
"Well if she had her own fountain she must've been important."
"Whatcha wanna call this place?"
"Hmmm.."
Jade said as he looked around.
"Rose Fountain."
"How about Rose's fountain?"
Jade smiled.
"Perfect."
"Why is the water pink?!"
Emma said as she dragged Jade up closer to the fountain.
"Hmm. I have no clue."
Jade put his finger in the water and brought it up to his face.
'Is the water? Tears?' A small cut on his hand started to tingle.
'Is it healing me?'
He looked over at Emma who was also examining. He pulled her back.
"What? Is something wrong with the water?"
"No."
Emma looked at him confused. Jade picked her up and threw in the fountain. She screamed and landed in the tears. She didn't move but started sinking. Jade ran up to the fountain and looked down. She was gone. He frantically looked around 'till Emma snuck up behind him and grabbed him around the waist and jumped in the water bringing him with her. They splashed it around at each other for a little while before Emma got out and sonic rolled in one spot. She got up completely dry and her hair was bouncy and spiky, just how she liked it. Jade got and did the same.
"So I think these are healing tears."
Jade said after he got up.
"Really??"
"Yep."
Jade formed a small vial and gathered some tears in it. He held out his hand for Emma and she took it. They walked back to the warp and warped to Emerald Forest and Emma hugged him as he said he had to leave.
"It's ok Emmy I'll be back."

He dropped a few tears onto her gem. It lit up again. Emma started reforming she had shoulder length spiky hair and her shirt design was the same but had shoulder-less sleeves.
She stood there wild eyed and saw Jade.
"J-Jade?"
He nodded.
"I.... I hurt them. Didn't I?"
He didn't respond but looked at her with pained eyes. She started getting choked up.
"I'm sorry."
She said and turned to leave but Jade grabbed her and pulled her in a hug.
"All is forgiven."
He said as she quietly cried in his arms.
