Chapter 22

.:While Emma and Jade were at the Emerald Forest:.
"Do you really thing Hade is right about this?"
"He was at the kinder for a year and studied the gem formations. He should know."
Star said, as she takes the biggest shard out of the bunch.
"Jade said-"
Star added.
"That when gems are injected they grow. Meaning the shards are just the growth stages. So if we can get this one to work the-"
"Then the he will grow!!"
Star nodded happily. They put the biggest shard into a small pot of dirt. The pot begins to shake. Then it cracked open and with a glimmer of dark blue a small blue-haired baby was there. Tears ran down their faces.
"I-it worked.."
Ally pulled out the warp whistle and played it. Soon Emma and Jade where there.
"What's wrong?"
Emma looks at baby-Tanz.
"Tanz?!"
She said with tears. Jade smilies.
"Surprise, Emmy!"
Ally an Star look at Jade.
"Emmy?"
They say in unison. Jade shrugs. Emma walks over and picks up baby- Tanz. Tears slightly rolling down her face.
"Hey, Tanz.. I missed you..."
The little child grabbed her finger and squeezed. Then it cooed. She looks at Jade.
"Does he remember me?"
He shrugs again. The little child cooed and gurgled. Emma smiled.
"He is so precious.."
The baby squinted at her. She laughs.
"You heard me?"
The baby slowly nods. She laughs hard. She pulls the baby into a hug.
"Until you are back to normal, your name is Tanzi."
He made a face of disapproval.
"Huh, so yes?"
Emma laughs. Jade walks over and looks at 'Tanzi'.
"Your welcome Tanzanite." Jade smiles at him. Suddenly a loud crash was heard out side. They all ran outside. A gem flew down from the sky and landed in a different town. They all look at each other, and nod.
"Should I get Tanz's left over shards?"
Emma looks at 'Tanzi' and he nods.
"Yea!"
They gather there stuff and leave a note.
'Dear Crystal Gems,
Thank you for letting us stay here. We are all going on a mission and if we don't return don't worry. If we do, we might need your help.

Emma, Ally, Star.'
Emma place the note on the counter. Jade helped carry bubbled gems from the previous missions. They walk off the beach front an start running to the fallen gem. They ran out of Beach City and wandered down the road.
•{Two Days Later}•
Emma was still holding Tanzi. The entered the 4th town since Beach City. A small sign stood in front of the town entrance.
' Welcome to Hiddenville!
Home of the Hidden Gem Mountain. Population: 350'
It was raining. Emma had covered Tanzi in a blanket. Emma looks at them and they nodded. As they walked into town people looked over at them in confusion and curiosity. They walked along the sidewalks. Tanzi started to whine and Emma looked at him.
"What?"
He pointed at the mountain with his little hand.
"You think it there?"
He nods. Emma looks at Jade, Ally, and Star.
"Tanzi thinks it's up there."
They nod and hike up the mountain. It stopped raining as they reached the top. They saw the gem, it was stuck in the ground and looked a lot like a warp pad.
"Is that a warp pad?"
Jade questioned.
