A/N: Last part to the trip, promise! (:

“Oh my gosh! I am so glad we are leaving! I hate this weather!” Carollena complained as she stepped out of the cabin with her large suitcase in tow. Wiping her forehead she acted like she was out in the midst of the summer heat.

“Stop your whining,” Heaven said as she walked out from behind Carollena.

“I am serious; it is so hot and humid out here!”

“It is seventy degrees (21*C), Carollena,” Heaven replied as she took her girlfriends luggage and carried it over to the car. Popping the trunk she put the suitcase in the car with a huff. “How much luggage did you bring?!”

“Enough,” Carollena replied as she walked over and took a seat next to me on the porch swing. “Did you have fun this week?”

“Yeah,” I replied. “I really like the shoes, I got,” I said as I pointed to a pair of brown and red sandals that I picked out at a small shoe shop in town. Seven, paid for them, now that I think about it that damn boy paid for all of my stuff. I kept telling him to stop and tried to buy things, but he somehow managed to always pay for me.

I gave a small sigh as I considered the consequences of being selfish and not forcing Seven to leave when I had the chance. I knew, even before Leaven sent me that text last week that I was going to pay for not making Seven to leave the moment his car pulled up to the cabin. Yet, now sitting here, I was pleased.

I’d a really great week and to know it might be my last, kinda makes it bitter sweet. I just hope I get in some time with my father before Leaven hunts me down, literally.

“You ready?” Carollena asked with a small smile.

“I was thinking Anna could ride with me,” Seven spoke as he carried out his duffel bag.

Carollena looked at me as if to see if I was okay with that. I gave her a shrug and she rolled her eyes. “Okay, do you want to transfer her bags to your car?”

“Yeah,” Seven said.

Carollena got up and walked off the porch. “Open the trunk, Heaven.”

Heaven who just had closed the trunk, glared. “Gaaa,” she dramatically said before reopening it.

Seven lazily walked down the steps of the porch and strolled over to Heaven’s car. I watched as they transferred my luggage into Seven’s car. When they were done, Heaven said her goodbyes and Carollena told me she would meet me at home.

“So,” Seven said as he walked over to me on the swing. Sitting next to me, he rested his left hand on the swing arm. “Come up with a plan yet?”

I kept my mouth shut as I stood up and straightened my shirt. “I’m ready to go,” I mumbled.

“I will take that as a no,” Seven spoke as he got up and stood next to me. “You remember when we were in middle school and Kane Lakers got arrested for having pot in his locker?”

I looked at Seven with a raised eyebrow. “Yeah? What about it?”

“Well, his father worked in the police station and refused to believe that his son smoked. Kane’s dad did a full on investigation because he firmly believe that his son was innocent. Well, Kane wasn’t guilty. I planted the weed in his locker. Never got caught, so please, don’t worry Anna, I will not get caught when I get rid of Leaven.”

“Seven, killing someone is not like planting pot in someone’s locker. This is more serious, because Kane got released from jail a day later and his dad sorta gave up. This is murder, Seven, and I know that no matter what I plan you are going to kill him. So, do it. Kill your brother, see if I care,” I told him venomously before stalking over to his car.

Seven stayed on the porch and I could feel his eyes watching me as I reached the passenger door. I gave a tug on the door handle to find that the door was locked. Rolling my eyes in his direction, I sighed. “Unlock the car, Seven.”

He said nothing before walking down the steps. I thought he was going to go to his door, but instead he started to make his way in my direction. Seven stopped the second he was in front of me. Putting his hands under each of my ears, he gripped my face. “What I do is for you. You know that, right?”

"Seven, I just ... I don’t know what to do,” I admitted.

“You don’t have to do anything,” Seven breathed as his head dipped down. Grazing his soft lips across mine, he teased me. “I’m the one that will pull the trigger, so don’t grow a conscience here and think that this is your fault and that you are to be blamed.”

I closed my eyes as I enjoyed the way he was speaking to me with his mouth mere centimeters from mine. “It is not his death that worries me, Seven.”

“I will be fine,” he told me before giving my lips a small peck.

I grabbed his shirt knowing he was about to walk away from me and to his side of the car. Looking down at me, Seven arched an eyebrow. “You can’t promise that,” I sternly said before releasing his white tee.

Looking down at me with his sea green eyes, Seven nodded “You are right, I can’t.”
