^ an edit I made for the film. I really like this scene and I enjoyed writing it just as much as I did watching it :)

It was now very late into the night. We had all been working frantically all day; no change there. Every single one of us were almost falling asleep- eyes drooping and slouched postures were an obvious indication.
Allany Turing was still fiddling with her machine, even at this ungodly hour, and had only been back to Hut 8 twice since six o'clock this morning. I'd say she was becoming obsessive.
Carlton, Anthony and I were once again using the perforated sheets to find linguistic patterns in the Enigma messages, but were having trouble in more ways than one. John was writing down the translations of the codes that we had broken and he didn't have much of a job to do, since there was barely five on the desk. Hugh was stood at the chalkboard, filling its surface with numbers and letters. Some were barely readable because as the night went on, he grew more and more exhausted and his writing became sloppy.
In the last hour, the five of us had work as hard as we could for as long as possible, but the signal to stop came far too soon. The bell goes off, it's horrible ringing was loud enough to snap everyone out of their almost-mindless state.
John and Anthony looked instantly at the clock: midnight precisely. I gaze up too and sigh with disappointment.
"Damn it!" Hugh shouted, pushing a stack of paper into the floor in an angry manner.
"What... Just happened?" Said Carlton groggily.
"Midnight," John frowns. "All the work we did today was useless. But don't worry: we've got a few hours before tomorrow's messages start pouring in. And we start all over again."
"From scratch," I added.
"I'm sick of this. Sick," Hugh snapped frustratedly. "She made me waste four hours this morning re-wiring her plugboard matrix. Three hours yesterday on rotor positions," he turned from the board and began to storm towards the door.
"Don't go over there," Anthony warned.
"No!" He paused and pointed to Anthony. "If our job was not impossible before, it bloody well is now," and with that, Hugh got to the door and left, slamming it shut behind him.
"Hugh, don't-" John called, but it was too late.
"Talking of 'bloody,'" I began, getting up from my seat. "I think that's what it's going to become over there if nobody stops him."
"Yes, I agree," nodded John, before standing as well.
"Shall we come too?" Carlton questioned.
"No, stay here. I think we can handle it," I smile reassuringly before following John outside into the cool night air.
We both walked quickly, soon arriving at Hut 11. Allany was stood alone with her machine, tinkering and comparing the assembly to her schematics that were scattered around her feet.
"Damn you and your useless machine," I'm pretty sure this is the angriest Hugh has ever been and it was certainly a representation of his bad side.
