The day after the announcements, I was all packed and took things my friends and family gave me:

Paulie gave me her plush goat named Bob, Nathan gave me a necklace charm he bought, Kiki gave me a drawing of myself she drew, my brothers Ray gave me a picture frame of my nieces, Eu got me a good supply of snacks for the road. Yes, I put all of those in a separate bag; a drawstring.

Dan texted me this morning that we were all going on a unique train to go to the place we're staying at this summer. It was coming at midnight. Remember when I said Paulie and Nathan were going to hang out with me before I leave? Well, they postponed and waited until today for some reason. My family knew about it too. I wonder what's happening today...

I got my bags all packed and everything all set and put it in our car since we were going to be out of the house the whole day. My whole family was gonna treat me today; my mom, my brothers, my sister-in-law, and my nieces. Of course, my nieces don't know what's going on, they don't understand. Those two kept asking me where I was going and I just told them their Tia is going camping for the summer. The eldest niece Jasi is five years old and the youngest one is Nani who is three so it's the perfect way to hide everything for now.

We were all going to a buffet first for today. It was my favorite one; especially their fresh sushi with fresh ingredients and made right in front of you. It makes me forget all about the hard, cold, store bought ones. The rice is hard and the texture of the rice feels weird on your tongue. Anyway, we parked and the girls jumped out of the car and jumped around. My feet hit the ground and looked at the restaurant's logo and smirked. My brothers and sister-in-law were talking about what they got the last time they were here. "Sushi...~" I said softly to myself while thinking of their eel sushi. My mom was getting her purse and started walking with her business like a catwalk. My nieces ran after her and screamed happily.

I went over to my siblings and walked with them and they asked me a couple of questions about the war like 'why are you doing this?', 'are you sure you're gonna be okay?', stuff like that. I stood in front of the entrance with them and said this:

"I don't know why I'm a part of this. I know war means I have to..." I looked at the girls looking at the fish indoors. "You know...un-alive people. Sure, un-aliving people is bad but, I need to do it, there must be a reason behind all of this right?" My head then faced to the ground and sighed my ass off. "I don't wanna talk about this...I want to spend my last day with family and friends." I then walked in and the waitress showed me to the table my mom was in. The waitress asked what I was going to drink and I said Coke since they didn't have Pepsi. (Though I vastly prefer Pepsi) Eu got water, my sister-in-law got a Coke, and Ray got a Coke too. I don't know what the two little girls next to me had but it was juice I can tell you that much; maybe fruit punch?

Anywho, we all got out of our seats and went to get food. I usually eat things in order. First, I eat childish food which was chicken nuggets and French fries. (I have still had the kid inside me, don't judge) After eating that, I get a load of seafood since seafood is what I love the most out of every food in the buffet. After that, I go to the sushi bar...the sushi bar.~
After eating plate to plate and getting up to get another plate, I fill my stomach up with some ice cream and that's when our check comes. The girls ate ice cream with me too and showed me theirs.

My mother was writing the total of the money on the receipt. As I was eating my ice cream in that little bowl it was in, I started thinking deeply. "..." My mind started imagining things again like when Nina was in my head in her cat form back when school was in. My mind then flashed to a fresh corpse on the ground then flashed back to reality. I jolted then got a headache. "Ngh...dammit." It felt like a migraine. My headache spread around my forehead and eyes and I was trying to make it unnoticeable for my family. Mother then got out of her seat while putting the straps of her purse through her right arm. "Want to get going?" She asked us with her gentle smile. We all nodded and left the all-you-can-eat.
