I was now eating one of my snacks with a juice box while Dan looked at me and shook his head. "You're not supposed to eat that, Eudie." I looked at him and shrugged, not giving two fucks. Konekashi looked at me and my stash of snacks. She then started looking at the Pocky box. "...?" I raised an eyebrow while Nina crawled over to my bed and lifted her head afterwards. "Why are you eating fire sticks?" She asked me and got on my bed kneeling in front of me. "Fire sticks...?" I made a face with one biscuit in my mouth. "Yeah! Those things that spark up and make fire! Fire sticks!" She explained while making gestures as if she's lighting up a match. "A match? Oh no! This is Pocky! It's a chocolate covered biscuit stick! I can't give you chocolate but I'll give you a strawberry one." I took a strawberry flavored one next to me and opened it before I took a Pocky out. "Here." I said generously and smiled. "Oooh, it's pink!" She took it and immediately started nibbling it. "Mmm!" She smiled and swayed her tail and then smelled it with her cute nose. "It smells nice...~" Danny chuckled across the room as I looked at Nina with her blank face, nibbling on the piece of Pocky. "Do we stay in our rooms until lunch or what?" Catherine was on her laptop watching the original Karate Kid. "There's no big rules here except coming back here at a certain time." I replied eating another Pocky stick. "I didn't ask you, redhead." Catherine gave me a look with her response. "And I didn't ask for a fucking attitude. Either shut your trap or appreciate the response I gave your short ass." I stared at her until Danneth threw his pillow at me and I jolted. "That's enough, Eudie. And Catherine, seriously stop the attitude!" Cate scoffed and continued watching her movie. He rolled his eyes at his sister and started to smile. "You just don't want to be here, that's why you're annoyed. Let's go take a walk, huh?" Danny held her arm and Catherine didn't bother to move. "You know what?-" he put Cathy's laptop to the side and picked her up, placing her stomach first on his shoulder holding her hips so she won't fall. It was like Donkey Kong and Pauline or King Kong with that one lady I don't care about. "LET ME GO RIGHT NOW, YOU GIANT MONKEY!"

...I stand corrected.

"We'll be back, we're going for a walk!" Dan smiled at Nina and I and left the room with a grumpy Catherine. Once he left, I almost choked on my Pocky and widened my eyes as I saw something unusual behind Nina-chan's head. As she perked up it left and I panted lightly. "Eudie...?" Nina noticed my unnecessary reaction and looked at me funny. "I just saw some...Never mind! I-It's nothing." I shook my head thinking it was just something that wasn't there again. I suddenly heard noises and looked around in a panic. "You heard that?! There's someone...something here!!" Nina then stood up on my bed and turned her back against me as if she was protecting me. "Don't worry Eudie! Nina the Neko will save the day!" She then turned cat form and pounced around to check the room. She then came back in her human form and sitting on my bed again. "Awe man, it left! I wanted to hunt something down again. I haven't done that in a while; before everything got wrecked actually. My last hunt was a fish and Danny-kun was with me!" She smiled at me and I did a small smile back. "I was mad it was a fish, but the way Danny cooked it made me like it!" I tilted my head, thinking. "I always forget Danny's been to CPU a few times. I wanna know how he found out about this place- that's a good bedtime story!!" I then lifted myself up a bit from my freak out. "What's a bedtime story?" Nina looked at me, tilting her head wondering what in the world was I talking about. "A bedtime story is when you tell a story before going to bed so you can sleep better! My mother used to tell me about her childhood in her country all the time before bed. Man, that was nice..." I looked up and smiled as I viewed the beautiful galaxy painting on the ceiling. The different shades of blue and purple blending together and the small white stars painted on it inspired me. "I never noticed such gorgeous art before! And it's on a ceiling? Beautiful." I said as I gazed at the art I'm now noticing after one night here. How did I not notice the ceiling before?!

I got up and looked at the ceiling one more time and smiled, getting off the bed and now looking at Nina. "Hey Nina, wanna walk around? I don't wanna be cooped up here for four more hours." I asked while she looked at my smile. "Okay!" She turned back into a cat while jumping off my bed, walking towards my legs. "Where are we going?" Nina asked as she walked over to the locked automatic door as it opened. "I wanna ask Universia more questions about the schedule!" I replied to the cat as we walked down the hall together. "The top of the building...alright." My thoughts were reminding me of where I was as Nina climbed on me. "Jesus- Nina, my hair!!" I tried taking her off of me but she was a squirrel and I was her tree. I tried reaching for her and she kept climbing in different places. She then grabbed my torso and smelled my front side. "You smell like belly boons!" Nina twitched her nose while I looked at her in confusion. "Belly boons??" She nodded, twitching her ear. "Those little colorful candies you eat on Easter! They should be called belly beans but-"
