20. Someone new

Luke's POV
After texting Lottie last night and seeing that she's actually replied makes me smile because I feel as if I have a chance and I even said that to her, I know I've treated her really badly and took her for granted in the past but even when I was with Amelia I thought about Lottie A LOT more and I don't know why I didnt just dump Amelia and go with my heart which belongs to Lottie. But I also know that these past three years Michael has texted her every day and rang her and face timed her which has made him fall hard for her and he's tried to keep his feelings a secret but its obvious because every time any of us asked about her he would smile as wide as the joker but I am determined to make her mine, I lost her once to my fault im not going to let her go again. *buzz* *buzz* snapping me out of my deep thoughts and ironically it was lottie snapping my thoughts away, I just hope she says I have a chance with her still,
Lottie: Actually Luke I decided to take mikeys offer and go on a date with him since he is such a great guy and makes me feel loved. The man I thought I loved I didn't I was just living in the past but mikeys my present and future so no Luke you don't im afraid... But im sure you'll find a busty blonde along the way ;))
What?! I said I was sorry about that to her and she still holds that against me, this girl is hard work but im not giving up, only for now or until I see her again im not giving up.
Me- okay as long as you're happy then I am, I hope we can still be friends x
I had to be civil with her, I could've shouted at her or begged but that would've ruined my chances with her in the future.

Lotties POV-
A puzzled look spread across my face as I read Luke's message, I at least thought he might fight for me at least. As I said to him he probably has another busty blonde along the way so why should I care?
Me- okay im glad you see what's best and yes we can, the past is in the past x
If he's being civil and showing me he doesn't care then I will do the same.
Im not going to let a big man-child get me down, in fact I have someone here who loves me so.I am not letting him go to waste..

"Mikey?" "yea?" mikey giggled staring at the bright screen in the dark room "can we do something today?" I asked bored, as hell just sitting in front of the t.v. Watching family guy re runs, "yea sure and I've got the best idea!!!" he shouted while quickly putting on his jeans "what?!" I said twice as excited "I'll take you on our first official date!!" he squealed while putting his ozzy Osbourne vest on and black jacket "yesssss mikey!! I would love that!!" "good. Now I'll text you a time and wait on your porch at that time on the dot" he demanded "okay Mr serious" I giggled as he quickly pecked my lips "on the dot!" he shouted as he walked out of the house "on the dot!!" I shouted back from on the top of the stairwell but he had already made it through the door.

I am currently flipping through every outfit that I own in my wardrobe and it's all quite crap, nothings perfect enough for tonight!! Everything needs to be perfect for our first official date, arghhh nothings going right!! That was until, I heard a soft knock on my door "Lottie im going to the mall, wanna come?" Aubrey said through the door "yess!! Thank you jesus!!" I praised, now I can get a new wardrobe fuck the old one, probably won't like but worth a try. "be out in a minute" I shouted throwing on a pair of old jeans and a battered pink Floyd top on, not forgetting my bag along the way.

"so you and mikey eh?" Aubrey said as we were walking down the busy corridors of the mall "what? How did you know we were back on?" I asked in disbelief sipping my cappuccino "really? Me and Andrew had to sleep with pillows over our ears last night with all the moaning" she laughed "really?" I blushed knowing the answer "really" she giggled "good on ya girl, sounded fun" she laughed "it was" I laughed even harder back making us break out into fits of giggles "new look has some good clothes, lets go in" Aubrey suggested "sure".

After having a big rummage through different stores I had gotten a whole new outfit for the
Date tonight and we've ended our trip in Victoria secret "do you think Andrew would like this?" Aubrey asked holding up a lace blue bra and pantie set over her petite body "Aubrey I don't know he's my brother" I giggled "but you would look goooood so yea he definitely would" I guaranteed, knowing my brother he would probably like Aubrey in a plastic bag nevermind lingerie "thanks" she giggled "I found the perfect one for you" she said before scurrying off to find the 'perfect' pair of panties for me "this" she came back with a dark rose coloured lacey bra and pantie set with a long train (that was also lace) running around the front and back "that is nice" I gormed "and my size, £36, ahh well I'll treat myself" I thought out loud "yes I am right for once!!" Aubrey giggled.
After shopping I got a text "6pm. You know ;)) xxx" obviously knowing it was mikey, I checked my watch "4:30, drive Aubrey drive!!" I demanded "erm k" she said back and started the ignition "why are we hurrying back?" she asked half way back to my house "mikeys taking me on a date" I said dreamily "and I have to be ready on my porch for 6pm sooo I wanna be ready in time" "ohhh I getcha" Aubrey smirked.

"here we are" Aubrey said unlocking the door "thanks" I said grabbing all my bags and shutting the door "aren't you coming?" I questioned since Aubrey practically lives in my house "no im going home for the night and Andy's staying at mine for a few days for the new year" she said excitedly "ooo big plans eh?" I giggled "sorta we're going out into town, you and mikey are welcome to tag along" "yea sure" I smiled "see you then Aubrey!!" I shouted half way up my driveway.
