25. I'm not in love

Luke's POV
During rehearsal we're practicing she looks so perfect when the background music stops, playing a woman's voice singing. I'm not complaining her voice is angelic but who is it? I don't think the other lads can hear it as they're still rehearsing but they stop as soon as they know I'm not singing "what's up man?" Ash says "oh erm nothing, should we have a break?" I suggest as they all nod "yea sure" mike shrugs as his phone rings " i need to take this anyway.." he smiles going behind the sound booth "I'll be back in a min" I smile walking to the toilets thinking of that girl.

Before I go into the toilets I see Lottie sat with an acoustic guitar, I didn't know she could play? But because I'm nosy I peek inside to listen to how good she is- I could tell she was halfway through her song as she was already playing a few chords before I started spying? I guess I'm spying on her now.. gosh luke get your act together man!
Just as I creeped myself out and nearly walked away she sang the next line as if it danced off her lips into the ears of my soul "I'm addicted to you, hooked on your love like a powerful drug" wow. She's good. No she's brilliant. For the love of- why does she do this?
Everyday she makes it harder for me to try and act like I hate her.

As she puts down the guitar I quickly rush to the bathroom so it doesn't look like I'm stalking her (which I'm obviously not doing..).
As I get into a stall to take a breather someone comes in but they don't go into a stall or to a urinal- they're just hanging around the sinks on the phone.
"I know I can't wait to see you too... don't worry we'll be in Dallas in a week-" what the- that's mike, who does he want to see in Dallas? Are our moms surprising us or something? Surely not mine said she was working until September.. what's mike up to? "Just keep this quiet for now- don't tell anyone, yes that's including your mom- because- oh my god don't start" he sighs as I listen intently "oh okay- I love you too" he then hangs up and walks out slamming the door just a tad. Now I'm confused.

As I'm about to ask Michael about what I heard, Lottie beats me to him kissing him sweetly as he says something making her giggle.. why am I worried? He'd never cheat he has the most incredible girl and it's obvious they're happy otherwise he wouldn't make any effort.
Whatever I'll get the truth out of him one way or another then Lottie will see he's just as bad as me.
