Day 8:M*A*S*H Compound, Post-Op, 1700 Hours
Colonel Potter gave Jess a small smile as she walked out of Colonel Potter's office and into post-op with a sigh.
Dalli still had her back turned to Father Mulcahy and was pretending to ignore everyone else, but Jess knew her cousin knew she was there.
Jess took a deep breath and said, "Dalli...I know you're mad at me...but...I..." she paused.
Winchester had come in and spotted Jess trying to talk to Dalli.
"You shouldn't be in here," Winchester reprimanded Jess.
"But..." she started to protest.
"Your cousin is too dangerous for you to be around," Major Winchester said sternly.
Jess sighed and walked out of post-op, not feeling like arguing with him. She noticed Dalli watching her as she left.
