Ch.16

"This s-sucks."

Currently I am in gym running laps around the track because big mouth over here wouldn't be quiet.

"Hey it's not my fault those guys wouldn't shut the fuck up," Kaden says jogging, not even out of breath.

"But did you really have to get us involved?" Blaze gestures towards Maddox, Finn, Bella and himself.

"Hmm, let me think.. Yup," Kaden replies.

So here's the whole gist of what happened; Some guys from the freshman class that decided to go outside today were making crude comments towards me.

I forgot to bring my gym shorts today, so I had to opt for my only shorts available that I used during freshman year. And let me tell you they are about 3 sizes too small, I hit a growth spurt junior year.

Kaden of course heard and started shouting shit towards them, they were only freshmen so I kind of felt bad.

He went up to them and motioned for Maddox and Blaze to follow, they thought this was a bad idea but the idiot over here thought otherwise.

The freshman were talking a lot of smack until Kaden decided to throw a punch at one of them, Maddox and Blaze had to back him up. Thankfully, Mrs. Melanie stopped the fight before anything serious could have really happened.

Here's where Bella, Finn and I come in.

Mrs. Melanie asked what is going on and the stupid freshmen made up total lies. They told her that all 3 of us girls were making mean comments towards them, god knows why they got Finn and Bella involved, and when they tried to stand up from themselves the guys came and started hitting them.

Of course she believed the freshmen because one of them had a bloody lip, she sent him to the nurses office.

But for us she didn't believe a word we said, at least she spared us by making everyone run laps. Never mind I'd rather take a detention than this..

"I was just trying to stand up for you Bambi," Kaden grumbled.

"How about you.. not use violence.. next time and instead-d.. use kind words?" I huffed, I'm seriously out of shape.

"Will do," Kaden stopped me with his arm.

"Bambi jump on my back," he offered.

"What? Wouldn't Mrs. Melanie get mad?"

"Probably not. And if anything I would just say I'm doing double the work, which would make up for all the classes I have missed," I smile and climb onto his back.

"Awww! Why don't you two say just date already!" Maddox says, jogging next to us.

"Well, we are..." Kaden replies, I seriously don't know how this boy is still running.

"I mean officially," Maddox noted.

"Well I will ask her, but not now," I frown taking in his response.

Kaden must have noticed the change in atmosphere because he quickly retorted, "Not like I wont ask you. What I mean is that we kind of are really sweaty right now and I don't think its a good time,"

I nod and rest my chin on his shoulder, "Hey Kaden if you're up to it want to carry me to," Blaze asks turning around to bat his eyelashes.

I laugh and Maddox flicks Blaze off saying that 'he's next.'

"Hey guys you know we're dying back here too!" Finn shouts pointing towards a wheezing Bella, she doesn't really do sports either.

"Sorry about getting you guys involved," Kaden laughs.
