The next day I wake up and go to work as usual. Hey, I'm still a manny. I've started taking college classes online though, cause I'm not going to watch kids for the rest of my life. But for now, I really love them.
The kids have an inservice day today so they're all home.
"Ok what are we gonna do today?" I ask the gang when I get there at 9 in the morning. The only reason there up is because I brought Ihop.
"Can I go out with Connor?"Jenna asks immediately and I sigh. This dude is still with Jenna. It's December now, it's been like 5 or 6 months now. And he's done nothing. Absolutely nothing. But I still hate him.
"Uh..." I hesitate."
"Hayes please."
"How bout he can come over here?" I counter so at least I can keep an eye on them.
"Ok." She agrees and proceeds to text him.
"Julia? Alex?" I ask raising my eyebrows at them.
"Sleep." Alex responds and Julia just shrugs.
20 minutes later Connor walks through the front door and Jenna immediately gives him a huge hug.
"Hey babe," he greets her kissing her forehead and I just roll my eyes. "Hayes," he says turning to me.
"Connor." I say just looking at him.
"We're gonna go to my room." Jenna informs me while walking off with him.
"Basement!" I call and I hear her groan but turn in the direction of the den.
I just roll my eyes and go to the kitchen where I find Julia and Alex. "Can we make a cake?" Julia asks.
"Yeah only if it's chocolate though." I agree and they just roll their eyes and take out the cocoa powder. I sit on a stool and pull out my phone to text Amber.
Me: still dont understand how u dated connor, something ab him does not sit right w me
She texts back a few minutes later which is pretty good since I know she's at work.
Baby Girl❤️: ikk im an idiot lol what did he do
Me: well nothing but he's over hanging w Jenna and he's creepy af
Baby Girl❤️: he hasnt tried anything tho right? Or touched her?
Me: nah ive been watching them pretty close. If that tool lays a hand on her tho
