Spinning around again

Chapter 1

"No! Not like that!" My ice instructor Sam yelled at me forcing me to stop mid spin.
My legs ached and I was freezing but he forced me on, not that I mind I know he's only trying to help. Sam huffed and got up from the stands and skated over to me.
"Like this ok?" He took his warm hands in mine and lead me around slowly. Then again and again faster and faster. I let myself go and spun around. My heart leaped and I felt free with the cold wind in my hair. Closing my eyes I slowly lifted my hands above my head wobbling slightly until I found my centre of balance.
"Good! Good !" Sam yelled
I heard him skate back to the seats and sit down.
"Next bit next bit Jack quick!"
Jack, the sweet hot guy I practiced with everyday. He'd only see us as friends but I've always felt something more. When he touched  me I felt an amazing feeling cause thought my whole body. I peeled my eyes open and saw him rush towards me,gracefully and confidently. Jack grabbed me and spun round with me, lifting up my leg as I high as I could.
"Now lift!" Sam cried
Jack pulled me up still spinning then he began moving me still in the air with my leg out. When I was with Jack I felt alive like I did on the ice. I felt like no matter what I did or said he'd protect me and won't judge me. He placed me down still holding onto my stomach and we skated around together then as gracefully as I could I placed my leg in for a pirouette.
"Good! Alright call it quits. I'll see you tomorrow!" Sam calls from the seats.
Jack helped me stop then we stood there breathless for a minute.
"You where good. Sam pushes you to hard." Jack tells in in his cool muscular voice.
Blushing I smiling hiding behind my hair.
"No I mean it he does ! Your amazing ." We start skating back "He always tells you that's not how it is but I think it's great."
"Thanks Jack. Do you wanna come round mine for dinner tonight?" I asked and we're about to split to go into the changing room . Jack smiled
"Sure I'd love that. I'll met you out here Kay?"
I nod and walk into the changing room. It's a large room with a shower and lockers, I throw my ice skates into my locker and grab my coat and bag before checking my hair and make up.  Just like Jack said he was waiting for me outside he smiled when he saw me and dragged a hand though his grey/white hair.
"Come on then. I'll drive." He said
Normal I get the train back.
"Ok. " I said and we climb into his black car. It's dark now and really cold. I could tell winters on it way.
Jack started the car and pulled out of the car pack.
"Are you coming to the party Anna organised?" Jack asked
I nodded. Anna was one of our friends who just looked party's.
"What are you wearing? I'll match ." He said
Just like a boyfriend I can't help but think.
"Um I'm not sure yet I'll text you when I'm." I told him and he nodded smiling.
I blushed and stared at the window watching the night sky go by.
"Is Kate in?"
I nodded again, Kate was my room mate a sweet girl with a big personality.

After dinner Jack left quite quickly.
"I'll see you tomorrow!" He calls as he drives away.
"Bye !" I called back shutting the door after me.
Kate jumped up in front of me.
"You guys who be so cute together!" She screamed shaking me
"Stop it Kate you know he doesn't love me," I told her
She just looks at me with a knowing smile and walked off.
