Chapter 15

Nastume kissed you. You honestly didn't know what to do, you were surprised and flustered. Nastume decided that he would take advantage and deepen the kiss. You both broke the kiss for air, Nastume panting a little as well as you. The kiss tasted like smoke, so familiar.

"Ah." I said softy touching my lips with my fingers

Nastume put his forehead on yours.

"I'm sorry but I." Nastume was interrupted by Tsubaki who was exiting the building. Nastume back away from you before Tsubki could see anything.

"Tsubaki." I said 

"Ah." Tsubaki said 

"Hmm what are you doing out late at night?" Nastume asked 

"I was going for a walk." Tsubaki said 

"Oh." I said 

"Well, since it getting late, I should go now." Nastume said

"Ah, wait, I left the sweets in the car." I said going to the car

"Sweets?" Tsubaki said 

"She bought sweets for you guys." Nastume said 

"Here they are." I said walking back to Nastume and Tsubaki 

"Wow." Tsubaki said looking at the boxes

" I know right, I didn't know what you guys liked, so I got something of almost everything." I said happily 

"I can't wait to eat some, especially since you got them." Tsubaki said trying to hide his sadness 

"Hmmm." I said 

"Well I should go now." Nastume said looking at his watch" see you later." Placing a hand on your head before taking off

You kept your eyes forward not saying anything or doing anything. You knew this would be awkward later on with Nastume.

"Tsubaki, you still going on a walk?" I asked 

"Yeah." Tsubaki said quite sadly which confirmed that he was sad

"Tsubaki is there something wrong." I said confirmed that he was saddened by something

"I'm fine." Tsubaki said happily 

You furrowed your eyebrows, you knew something was up. You decide not to pry into anything...yet. You asked about the "date" for tomorrow.

"Tsubaki?" I said walking close to him

"Yea-yeah." Tsubaki said for some reason nervously

"You still up for tomorrow, make sure you know where you want to go." I said happily

"Yeah." Tsubaki said forgetting about why he was sad a minute ago

"I'm pretty excited, I don't think we actually gone out together. I bet it will be pretty fun." I said happily

"Of course." Tsubaki said happily and hugging you

"Anyway why don't you come inside with me, it is pretty cold. I don't want you to get sick." I said getting out of Tsubaki arms

"Mmmhmm yeah, let's go." Tsubaki said grabbing your hand and walking to the front door and unlocking it.

"Alright." I said then thought of Nastume 

"Hmm, are you alright? Your red." Tsubaki said curious 

"I'm getting pretty cold, maybe it because of that." I said clenching my hand that wasn't holding the bag of sweets
