After hearing to manik , nandu just threw her hands around his neck pulling him into a hug .... He wrapped his hands around her holding her securely against him .....
"Pondati , if you don't tell me what is in your mind , how will I know it , please share it with me ", he asks her like a whisper in her ear still holding her close to him....
"I just missed you in the evening gathering of our family , only you are missing ", she said slowly ....
" I'm on a special mission pondati , But after that, for sure, you'll find me with you on many occasions. I'll take up a simple posting at a police station." he replied immediately without even hesitating for a moment....
"No, no, Mama. No. Don't say that. I didn't ask for that. I won't even ask for that, you know. I was just telling you that you promised to come for dinner . That was the reason I was asking."
"I know."he said looking at her playing with his beard ...
"You went and got my things from that house."
"No, Attamma literally threw you out of the house, bringing all the luggage here with all the girls. She emptied the whole room. She brought your files, your things,everything. She said only your secret locker hasn't been opened. She asked you to come and collect those things."
"Oh, really? My mom just emptied my whole room?" he asks, genuinely surprised and happy . "Thank God! I was wondering how I could do this alone."
She looks at him and suddenly smiles.
"So shameful of you, Mama. Itna strict police officer ho, itna achha agent ho. You make sure your missions are perfect. You can't even empty your own room and arrange everything here."
"I know I can't do that. But when I have people around me taking care of it, why should I?"
"So lazy."
"Did you just call me lazy?"
"Of course you are lazy. You don't like keeping your things organized."
"I have people to do that. At my duty, my underlings do it. Here, Mom helps me."
"Then what will charms think of you?" Nandu asks, teasingly.
"What will she think? She knows very clearly that her bhai is very lazy when it comes to arranging his things , she doesn't have to learn this , anyways you are her teacher and teach her good things , so she will learn from you ."
