As the haldi came to an end manik is taken back to the house they are living in ..... The day ended with loads of happiness....
Next day .....
He is changing his dress after a bath , recieved a call from his secret team....
He answered the call immediately...
"Yes Anwar , tell me ", he said as soon as the call got answered....
"Sir , got a lead . The girl who is dead in Hyderabad, she is not kidnapped , she eloped from home . I meant to say she ran away with her boy friend as her parents fixed her marriage, going for the enquiry of the boy friend of how she is kidnapped or anything else happened ", he said and manik felt relief for the lead ...
"Anwar , great you be careful. As it's an important investigation make sure your not alone , have a company always ." Said manik ....
"No , sir . The less the people know the good it is ", he said immediately...
"But your safety is also important make sure sasha is always with you , she is reliable and strong , more over it's about a girl so lady officer is required " , he said again...
"Ok sir , I will inform her and one more important information sir . The forensic team gave the reports , the girl is killed two days before she is found in the dump yard and also she is brutally raped , not once but it's like she is tortured for months , the wounds seem old ", he said voice low like he is feeling the girls pain ....
"Anwar , send me all the details through mail and keep it confidential, the forensic details and also the girls personal details ,"he said and they continued to talk for nearly an hour ....
After this he took his laptop and continued to work ...... Checking mails replying to few , he even spoke to Ravindra Narayan regarding the details and even took certain permissions regarding investigation... He passed orders by being discrete...
He lost track of time being busy with work , he skipped his breakfast which he should eat with the whole family in nandu's house ....
He just leaned back on the head board of the bed and closed his eyes , that's when he felt a hand on his hair... He opened his eyes to see his pondati staring at him...
"All okay mama ", she asked him with a small smile ....
"Pondati ", saying he hugged her waist placing his head on her chest...
This is the first time Maybe he hugged her intimately , but she understood he is stressed so she started to move her fingers in his hair .....
"Mama ", she called and he just hummed in response ...
"Have your breakfast it's late ", she said kissing his forehead ....
