I just realised that it's my first day back at school and I haven't been able to write my 'One Day More' parody until today, so sorry about that.
(Yours sincerely, the lazy heckwaffle that is Mollteaser17)Apart from that, I discovered something else.
It seems that as I make more and more parodies, they get less popular. The first parody got exactly 777 reads, but the Uptown Funk parody only got 49...
I found this strange, since Uptown Funk is a gazillion times more popular than Pompeii was.
Idk if people are getting bored or think the parodies get less funny as they go on. They might even be fed up since I lost my damn charger so many times.
As my charger stops charging properly, my schoolwork gets harder, and the reads plummet down, I think it's safe to say that it's time this book finally ended.
I do promise to make two or three more parodies before the book ends, with my 'One Day More' parody being one of them.
I'm not usually a quitter, but even I find writing parodies a chore nowadays. And it only seems to get a small amount of recognition.
And no I'm not fishing out for compliments or seeking attention. I'm doing it for my own good.
Tbh I thought this would go on forever, but I'm starting to lose the ability of writing a good parody straight away. Which I guess goes back to how you may think they get less funny.
I'm not deleting the book. I'm just going to post no more parodies.
Thanks for the votes and comments. I would tell you to eat doughnuts, but I've done that so many times you've probably put on weight, amirite?
