Shoelace (Pompeii Parody)

Fail fail fail fail fail

I was left with some shoes untied,

Many tries, it never stayed,

It untied its own.

And the floors were straight, but I found myself shuffling 'round the place,

A shoelace was hanging out and I fell flat on my face.

While they all laughed, I cried,

Cause my knees were hurting, I was so ashamed

I thought that I would die,

Of embarrassment and I felt so damn lame.
