For the past four days, Ryan hasn't been coming to school. It's strange because he rarely ever misses school for so mnay days in a row. I went inside my room and to the window. I opened the curtains then opened the window. I sat on the window seat. I looked over at his window to see him lying on his bed and staring up at the ceiling. His window was open though.
"Uhm Ryan?" I called out to him. His head snapped towards me. He got up and came towards the window. He sat down and faced me with a flat face, "You alright?"
Instead of answering me, he just simply nodded.
"Are you sure?" I asked and again he just nodded, "What's up? You've been away for a while" he looked at me then sighed and shook his head, "Ryan?"
"What do you want?" He rudely asked.
"Sorry, I was just wondering if you're alright"
"I'm fine, okay? Stop trying to make me feel good"
"Are you sure? You don't se-"
"Look, just leave me alone okay?"
"Sorry, just wanted to know if something was wrong. I didn't mean to disturb you"
"Well, it's none of your business. Stop trying to make things better because we all know you can't! Just leave okay?" he sort of yelled. I got a bit hurt.
"Alright, I'll just leave you alone then" with that, I shut the window and closed the curtains. I went over to the bed and sat down. Why was he acting like that? What did I do to him? I just want to know what's bothering him. If he wasn't so rude maybe I could help him.
I felt like calling Marilyn and so I did, "hello?" I said after she picked up.
"Hey what's up? Why does it sound like you're crying?" She asked worriedly.
"Well, uhm Ryan and I had a fight, sort of"
"Tell me everything that happened!"
