Chapter T H I R T Y (part 2)

"What?" Bryan asked, "what did you say?" He asked me and I shrugged. He seemed so eager to know that it was funny, "what did she say, Luke?"

"Sorry, can't tell" he told him with innocent eyes. Oh I'm already in love with this child.

"Fine! Don't tell me then!" He crossed his arms like a little baby and turned around, his back, facing us.

"Yeah, we won't" I smirked. I held my hand out to Luke and he high-fived it.

"Okay yeah, not happening, it's hard not to talk to you guys" Bryan said then turned back around.

"I knew it, I'm too hard to resist" I said as I smirked.

"Very hard to resist" Luke said while nodding slowly. I chuckled at his cuteness.

I grabbed face in my arms then I squeezed his head in my chest, "you're so cute!" I said then kissed him on the top of his head before ruffling it making it all messy.

I finally let him go and he let out a long breathe, "woah" he muttered.

"And you can't do that to me?" Bryan asked and I narrowed my eyes at him. He shook his head. His phone rang all of a sudden and he picked it up, "hello?" He answered right in front of me, "yep........okay.....oh no that's alright, I'll just bring him over.............yes I am sure" after saying bye he cut the call, "alright, Luke, Benny wants you to go play with him. Let's go drop you off" what about me? He looked at me, "Can I trust you to stay right here?" He asked me.

"Yep, but who knows how long you'll be gone, so you sure you want to trust me?" I asked him.

"They're right next door, neighbours" he replied.

"Oh! Then yeah, I'll be here, in the living room actually" I got up from my spot and so did Bryan and Luke.

"Let's go" he said I followed him to the living room, "I'll be back in a few minutes, stay right here. Do. Not. Move" he said and I nodded slowly before sitting on the couch then he left.

Around 5 minutes he came back. He put his keys on the table then came and sat down next to me. He put his arms around the sofa, one behind me. We stayed silent for a moment till he spoke, "can you look at me for a second?" He asked. I raised my eyebrows then looked at him. He sighed, "you're really pretty" he whispered loud enough for me to hear.

"Thanks?" I smiled.

"You have a beautiful smile" he compliment me.

"Okay you can stop complimenting me now" I softly laughed.

He smiled, "you're laugh is like an angelic song" he compliments me again.

"You can stop now" I told him. He stared at me for a good minute, then suddenly he leans forward. I put my hands on his chest to stop him, "what are you doing?" I asked him.

He shook his head and took my wrists in his hands, "shut up" he whispered then he came closer, closing the distance between us and his lips on mine. His hands were still around my wrists and my hands were still on his chest.

I kissed him back and I don't even know why? I could feel him smile against my lips. His hands left my wrists and went around my waist, pulling me close to him.

I finally pulled away and stared at him for a few seconds. I took my hands off his chest and in that moment he took his arms off my waist, "uh, I-I think I better go" I told him, not looking at him.

I didn't wait for him to reply, instead I quickly left the house. I closed my eyes for a bit then opened them back up. Why did that happen?

Ah! Oh my god! Can you believe it? They kissed, what do you think they feel about each other?
