Chapter F I V E

I woke up next morning with a pain in my neck. Last night, all I remember is that Ryan and I decided to watch a movie after dinner, then I don't remember anything after that.

I looked up to see Ryan smirking down at me, what the hell? Was I on top of him?! I quickly rolled off him and stood up next to him, "Good morning to you too" he said as he changed his position so he was sitting on the couch.

"Uhm, good morning?" He smirked, "Do you know what happened last night?" I asked as I rubbed my head.

"Well, you fell asleep on me then I fell asleep and I have no idea how we ended up laying down"

I frowned, my mum, isn't she back yet? I checked the time, 8:46pm, she'll be back in a while, "Uhm, maybe you should go home, my mum will be here in a while"

"Alright, yeah, see ya later?" He said as he got up off the couch and headed towards the door.

"Sure" he left after closing the door and I sat on the couch that was now very warm.

Soon later after I had a shower, my mum arrived home, "hey honey" she said as she hugged me.

"Hey mum"

"Your dad isn't back yet?"

"Nope"

"Alright, everything was alright last night since you were by yourself?"

"Yeah, I wasn't by myself, a friend came over"

"Marilyn?" I shook my head, "David?" I shook my head again, "Then who?"

"Just some kid named Ryan"

"Ahh, so it was a boy, glad to know you're finally having interest in boys"

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"I've just never seen go on dates or hang around boys, other than David"

"Mum, we didn't go on a date, we just went skateboarding"

"Also knows as a date"

I sighed in frustration and shook my head, "Wasn't a date, mum"

"Sure it wasnt" I gave her a look saying, 'really mum?' "I'm just kidding, sweetie"

"Better be" she laughed a bit and I went u l to my room. After I was at my room I closed the door and sat on my bed taking my laptop and turning it on, "Oh what a life I have" I said to myself as I shook my head and stared at the laptop screen.

I called Marilyn after a while, "Hey Marilyn" I said through the phone.

"Hey Mel, what's up?"

"Nothing really"

"Where were you last night? I called you a few times but you never picked up"

"Promise me you won't freak out"

"Okay, I promise"

"I was out with Ryan then we came back to my place and watched a movie and then when I woke up, I was on top of him" I said as quick as I could.

"Wait wait wait, hold up! You were out with Ryan and then you slept with him?!"

"What?! I did not sleep with him!"

"Not in that way, I mean you just slept, but together?!"

"I didn't even know we did"

"What do you mean?"

"All I remember was watching the movie halfway, then ryan said I fell asleep then he soon fell asleep too"

"infront of your parents?"

"My parents weren't home, they had some work stuff"

"Bad girl"

"I didn't do anything wrong! Unlike you! You sleep with like 10 guys a week!"

"Alright chill, no I do not"

"Alright then 5 guys a week"

"I'm going to admit, yes, I do sleep with many guys, but it's not my problem they're hot!"

"You're just cruel Marilyn, cruel"

"Oh shut up" I chuckled.
