I heard a chuckle behind me. I looked behind me to see, Adrian, another one of Ryan's friend. He was looking at a paper. When I looked at him and frowned, he shut up.

He passed the paper to Ryan after writing something down on it from what I could see. Adrian motioned for me to turn around and so I did after shaking my head.

The bell rang a while later and everyone was rushing out of class. As I left the class Marilyn rushed beside me, "Hey Marilyn"

"Hey Mel" she was holding a piece of paper in her hand, that paper looked familiar, "this, this is the conversation between Adrian and Ryan that they were having in class" she said as she handed me the paper.

I read through it,

Bro, don't you think she's totally hot?

Yeah mate, agreed

Back off, I'm taking her

Nah, I'm keeping her

Aye, who said she was yours to keep?

Who said she was yours to take?

Don't be that way, man, you're my best friend, let me have her

Alright, let's see

I bet she's already falling for me.

And that's it. What the hell? "They're talking about you"

"No they're not" I told Marilyn as I stuffed the paper into my bag. Which I will ask Ryan about later.

"Ask them, and you'll see"

"Oh I will"

I noticed Adrian walking out of school, might as well ask him. I rushed towards him and stopped infront of him, "Care to explain?" I asked after I took the paper out of the bag and showed it to him.

"OH! We were wondering where this went. You didn't read it did you?" He replied as he took the paper from me.

"No Adrian, I didn't read it but I just came to ask you about this paper for fun" I said sarcastically.

He scratched the back of his neck and cursed under his breathe, "You see........." He trailed off trying to think of what to say, "F**k it, it was about you"

"Me?! Excuse me? No respect for ladies huh?!" I yelled at him. Boys these days, like for real. They see a girl, then all they do is try and get in her pants, like give the girl a break man.

"Well, you weren't supposed to see it" if I didn't see it then what would I be doing right now?

"Even worse, I don't even want to know who was who"

"Oh it was like-"

"Shut up, goodbye"

"Bye?" He said as more of a question. I shook my head then left to go home.
